We booked a week long stay with our daughter, we missed the first day of room service attending to the room we put our sign out for a clean on Good Friday and received a text message to say all room cleaning would resume the following Tuesday.
Good Friday I can understand as it’s a very significant holiday but the Saturday Sunday and Monday I found to be bizarre and the only place I’ve ever had this occur.
The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and in a fantastic location but the lack of servicing over a long weekend when you have a family holiday doesn’t really work.

Stayed for one night, room was clean and modern, with lake view, good for a short stay away from the city.

I was charged for the room twice, paid online and at the counter and had to pay $200 dollars insurance. I believe there is no reason for the insurance.
Luckily my entry card didn’t work at some point where I have to return back to the office to ask one of the customers service and in order for him to activate my card once agin he had to go over my information where he found out that I have paid for the room twice.
The money was refunded to my account but something like that should have not happened in the first place

Room was very clean and well maintained. Interesting that there were only 3 chairs at dining table when the room was for 4-6 people. Also no clothes airer available. Other than that we were very happy with everything for our 5 night stay.

A well appointed hotel on the westside of Melbourne, conveniently co-located with restaurants and shops. Clean and quiet rooms with friendly staff. The only let down was paying $12 a night for on-site parking. Becoming all too common.
