卡薩格蘭德假日飯店(Radisson Hotel Casa Grande)

Great Hotel, Clean and modern rooms. We stayed in a King 1 Bedroom suite and it had everything we needed. The room was clean, and spacious and had a great view of the pool area. The hotel was quiet and accommodating, with friendly easy check-in and excellent maid service/help.

Staff at check in was great. Once we got to the room, I noticed a big hole on the window screen. Property has a texting service to communicate, but it is not actively monitored. Property needs some TLC. Pay attention to the details.

I had to go through 4 rooms to get one clean and working. First one the toilet seal was bad and sewage came out the side when you flushed. Second replacement room the bathtub had black stuff in it and the drain was clogged. (Have pic) Third room maintenance checked on and said it wasn't good. Forth and final room was okay. In 2 out of three rooms the outlets close to the door didn't work. It was built into the bed so couldn't set up CPAPs. Not a great stay.

Check in was good. Anytime we needed something and called the front desk they would bring the item up rather quickly. We did have an issue with our shower and bathroom sink not working the first night. When we called the front desk she let it a big sigh of frustration. They said the issue would be resolved the next day but would allow us to use a different room to shower in. This was a little inconvenient to gather a change of clothes and shower products and go from one floor to another, especially with kids. Thankfully the issue was resolved and the shower and sink were working the next day however any time we'd turn the shower in the knob would fall off and we'd have to twist it back on. The mini fridge was super mini and you could not get alot of items in it. Ice machine was also broken on our floor so anytime we needed Ice we'd have to go to a different floor. The elevator was so slow and very hot, no a/c circulating. The lobby also had a very strong oder.

We stayed at this hotel 4 years ago and were very happy so we came back. Now we were not happy. Air conditioner didn't work steady, ice machine did not work, no service to rooms, no towels at pool, pool was filthy, trash lined the walk ways, when towels were requested, staff acted irritated.

We had booked 2 queen beds; room was 2 double (#113) ; didn’t notice until we went to bed….so didn’t want to mess with it; room was clean; tv screen rather small ; no breakfast included… they offered it for $13.99 but we passed and went to local place

Do not recommend to stay in this place. Entire building has a really strong bad smell, even though the rooms seems recently renovated, my room was dirty and bathroom with pee stains. I was not able to sleep just because I was being alert as it was really unsafe. Pictures in the advertising are not the reality of this hotel. You are better off staying some where else.

I travel for work and loved the option of staying very close by at the Raddison. I was under the impression that this hotel was just renovated. While the rooms were decent, though many power outlets did not work, and there were hairs left in the bathtub, the room was about the best part of my visit. The pictures do far more for the facility than what is actually encountered. There was a huge water leak in my hallway that I needed to splash through to get to the lobby. There were very strange and overpowering smells that made me wonder if there was a huge stash of mothballs at the end of the hallway. The workout equipment is extremely outdated and gross and the room itself doesn't look like it has been cleaned in quite a while. There are random free weights missing. There is a water filler in the room but cleanliness was sketchy upon first glance and the lighting was very poor. On one evening, when returning from a long day, I literally sat in my car, debating going in. Instead I went to the restaurant across the street (that was really good) for as long as I could until I needed to return to sleep. I will say that the hotel staff was extremely friendly. I feel the Radisson has a great opportunity due to the amount of traveling workers to really capitalize on upgraded and maintained facilities that will lead to increased patronage in the end. As of now, I plan to never stay again.

Our hotel had pet hair, dander, dust and BLACK MOLD in our room. I was moved to a new room that was also not cleaned properly that had urine on the floor by the toilet, food stains on the sofa and paint on the floors. I requested and refund for the first night and provided photos and nothing was done. I should not have to pay to inhale BLACK MOLD. We booked this room to attend a Funeral, and when you are mourning the loss of a loved one, the cleanliness and itinerary of your hotel stay should not be a factor.
