Hotel is going through a remodel, so tough to rate Condition of facility. All in all, a great place to stay. Looking forward to the outcome of the remodel.

Very clean and awesome staff. Hard to rate property or parking area since it is under construction

Perfect for flying out of Grand Rapids airport. Free shuttle brought us to airport at 430am for early departure and picked us up within 10 minutes upon return a week later at midnight. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Free breakfast and coffee were good.

The hotel was new. The room was large with a connecting living room/office area. The breakfast was amazing with many choices

I loved staying at this hotel! The front desk staff were friendly and helped me order a shuttle to the airport. I have never seen floors shine in a public place like this hotel’s did! My room was huge and very comfortable! I will definitely stay here again!

I loved my stay at this hotel in Grand Rapids, MI. The room was excellent with a great bedroom, bathroom with shower, vanity, and a couple a couch. The check in process was easy, and I so appreciate the airport shuttle service and got breakfast. My only qualm is the lack of gluten free foods in the little snack kiosk. I arrived after 7pm. The airport had no restaurants open, and there was no restaurants nearby to get food. The snack kiosk had some frozen meals, but all of them had gluten. My friend who also stayed there is celiac. I resorted to eating a granola bar for dinner. After almost 12 hrs of travel I had hoped to eat a meal. However breakfast was good, and I am thankful for my stay.

This hotel is just ok. Only stayed one night as my flight arrived late and was heading to Holland. So it was ok but probably wouldn’t stay longer than 1-2 nights.
