大急流城德魯裡套房飯店(Drury Inn & Suites Grand Rapids)

The hotel was one of the better ones ive stayed at in the last several years. It is good for families with kids. Others thought so too, as we apparently stayed on a weekend when baseball tournaments for all ages must have been happening in Grand Rapids. So it was very busy. The "snack time" from 5:30-7 was a nice feature and despite being very busy, did not run out of food. The breakfast was good too. There was some room noise but nothing to keep one awake. I had messaged the hotel about a crib for the baby but didn't get a response, so we brought our pack & play. I did not ask the staff for a crib in person. Staff was friendly and polite. We were disappointed that the pool was closed the night of our stay, but with all the kids staying there, we may not have gone anyway if it had been open, as it was really busy the next morning when it reopened. Also, it is right off the interstate. Our room was on the side away from it, so we didn't hear much road noise.

Great staff walking from the elevator to our room end of a hall the carpets were filthy, and in our room the footstool had 2 big stains. Other than the cleanliness it is a very nice place.

Room was quiet and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very close to shopping and restaurants. We have stayed before and will again.

Chain was quick and professional but lacked friendliness or warm smile. Alll other staff has been very warm and friendly.

I think that it’s great that they offer free drinks and a free buffet at night time. Place was amazing! Will book again with them as long as they keep the prices reasonable.

It was a great find in Grand Rapids. Check-in was easy. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. I was a bit annoyed that the reservation said 'Included Amenities - drinks and hors doeuvres'. however when we arrived at 8:30pm, the attendant said that it had ended 5:30pm-7pm. No where in any of the documentation is this listed of a time limitation. It seemed like a perk that the Drury had over other hotels to put it over the top, but it was a let down. Also, there was a brief fire alarm in the morning around 7:30am, and no mention was made about why it went off or if everything was ok. It turned off after about a minute. Just didn't know if we needed to evacuate or what was going on. All I wanted to do was sleep in. Breakfast in the morning was really good, they had a lot of options and everything was kept clean. Otherwise, everything was great. Would stay there again if we are in Grand Rapids.

Great facility with a very ample buffet at breakfast and dinner, but they seemed to be understaffed as the the hot tub and pool were closed and front desk had to be phoned to come.

We will stay at this location anytime we are in Grand Rapids. We were treated to dinner and several alcoholic beverages, free of charge. I have never been treated better
