卡塞塔飯店

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The room literally felt and looked like a presidential suite and we had three balconies. The hotel is in a great location, only a 5 minute drive to the city of Caserta and the palace. It is also only a 5-7 minute drive to the outlets and mall. This hotel is at a great location for those wanting to stop on the way to/ from Rome/ Napoli or those wanting to explore the surrounding area (only a 25 minute drive to Eracleon Archaeological Park). The breakfast at the hotel was good. There is tons of parking and an underground parking garage. The jacuzzi in the bathtub was a little iffy so we didn't use it and the toilet paper holder kept falling off of the wall. Other than that, no complaints! We would definitely highly recommend this hotel.

通過Agoda預訂很容易。將車停在酒店外面卸行李,經理幫助。然後在酒店對面停車後,每天10歐元,在一個安全的攝像頭記錄區輕鬆入住。入住時,我們升級爲家庭房,這是兩個帶陽台的房間。房間乾淨舒適。那天晚上在外面一家很棒的餐廳吃飯,第二天早上在酒店吃早餐,足夠了,然後步行公園退房。總的來說很棒的住宿,會再次入住。

酒店房間很大，設計必須漂亮，早餐也很美味。這是典型的美式早餐。可以根據自己的喜好訂購菜單，這非常好。這房子有沙發。有一個服務員來房間打開沙發放上去，這是非常體貼的。酒店環境優美

短暫停留在裏賈拉,我們在旅行時預定了航班!不過我們從前發現廣的接待處,他們預定了我們車庫的座位,他們不加價地接受了我們的狗。新型酒店!美麗,優雅,乾淨,離卡塞塔王國很近,優美的早餐,小健身房,但有所需要,真的在室裏有點冷,但不想死!

有資格的工作人員,總是細的!新高樓房好!不再有,而是一座精美的,完全改造!負注:忘記,被除並用金屬,給出了一種不安感,在裏再也沒有洗!真可,因爲這讓房間不舒服!

Soggiornato diverse volte a Caserta, buoni alberghi ma con la scomodità dei parcheggi distanti e a pagamento. Ci siamo trovati benissimo presso questa Struttura, già dai primi contatti con il Personale molto competente, disponibile e cortese. Stanze arredate in modo semplice, funzionale e pulite, parcheggio interno gratuito, prima colazione (anche in stanza) sia dolce che salato di buona qualità, servita in parte dalle Signore molto professionali e cordiali con le quali ci si può scambiare il proprio pensiero. Abbiamo trascorso in modo eccellente le nostre 50 “primavere” di un felice Matrimonio in questo Hotel, romanticamente, al centro delle foglioline di un quadrifoglio che sono le belle opere e località che meritano di essere visitate: Casertavecchia, sorgenti di Triflisco, San Leucio e a due passi la monumentale Reggia. Come le foglioline potrebbero rappresentare un sentimento: speranza, fiducia, amore e fortuna, così il Plana li comprende tutti. Un caro saluto a tutto il Personale Dirigente e suoi Collaboratori che si impegnano per il buon nome dell’Hotel e per il benessere degli ospiti. “Ad Maiora Semper”. Rolando e Signora da Lecce.

Menna who served us breakfast each morning was the star as far as the staff are concerned. She remembered our coffee order each morning. Breakfast room overlooked the pool which was a very relaxing place. The October warmth allowed us to sit by the pool each late afternoon. Air conditioning required asking the front desk to turn it in. Not acceptable. The curtains were coming off the rails. Not acceptable. The wifi was very slow. Not acceptable. Hot water was not very hot. Not acceptable. Noisy neighbours with screaming kids in neighbouring rooms. Not acceptable. Location of Caserta allows easy day trips to Naples, Pompeii and Salerno. Would we stay there again? Probably not.
