海沃德喜來得快捷飯店(Heritage Inn Express Hayward)

Hotel was clean…the rooms were clean…the service was up to par…they even serve breakfast…definitely recommend for the price paid.

It was a good stay.

Locks on doors didn’t work, red stain on bed, board holding up middle of bed, pillows flat, door between rooms didn’t lock, wall ac broken, toilet leaked water, bugs in bathroom, dirty

Rude unhelpful staff. I accidentally booked this room for a 2nd time. First time same experience rude unhelpful staff. Dirty room, roaches. I tried to get a refund because I booked another room and the staff denied it. I would not recommend this place if you have any other options. RUDE RUDE STAFF

It was the best hotel I ever stayed in, the overnight customer service was the best thank you for letting me get my room because it was really cold that night and I appreciate it and I would love to come and stay at this hotel again.

The outside was in such disrepair & filth it should be closed down. 1st room was uninhabitable. Definitely a smokers room but beyond that it stunk like dead bodies, the furniture was cracked & missing sections-like it was all from a garage sale. The carpets had not been vacuumed in years, the level of thick dust around the front of the bed I couldn’t get at was astounding. Dangerous levels. I started cleaning using wipes & I could still be wiping to this day & would still be getting black wipes. 2nd room was 1000x better but still the filthiest place I have ever seen. It was an emergency 3-days from a housemate who was violent so I didn’t have an emotional ability to deal. I just wiped & wiped —even after wiping all surfaces I laid towels down. I thought I’d ‘covered’ but I always washed my feet before getting onto (thankfully) clean sheets. Once I had to get up & turn the tv off (manually -the remotes didn’t work-and there was only one channel & no changing volume) and I walked back to the bed & had to use 2 wipes per foot! They were THAT black. So my main route from bed to bathroom was covered in towels. Unprecedented heat -NO AC!! They brought me a fan. I cleaned the floors & surfaces in bathroom myself. 2nd day I requested a vacuum but that carpet needs replaced.

Very noisy. Bad smell, everything not taken care of, bad quality patches on walls, dirty, bed sheets not clean smelling, very uncomfortable pillows.

This was nothing like the pictures.. the room was ran down missing dresser drawers,the bed had file cabinet under it holding it up,the door barley locked,no phone in the room,tv and remote was broken the chairs had stains on them
