From the outside, it looks well maintained. There is enough free parking and well lit. Staff is friendly. Requests made during the online reservation were not passed on to the front desk. Hotel does not have an elevator to access. My room had a phone that did not work. The hallway carpet looked dirty. My bathroom doorknob would not latch to close properly. Around the corner from highway access. Overall, I felt that I did not receive good value for my money.

This was a short weekend business trip, so didn’t want to spend too much on a room. Unfortunately the place was quite noisy at night due to people slamming doors and arguments from a couple next door. The bed was not as comfortable either.

I waited an hour just to get checked in and support would not issue me a refund. Imagine standing out in front of the lobby speaking to someone at a window with a speaker. I had two babies with me and we drove 3 hours. Got into the room at about midnight whoever worked the front desk said they didn’t have my reservation. It was taken out of my account early that day. The stairwell smelled like urine the beds were not comfortable it wasn’t clean. I would have slept in my car if I was alone.

If you’re looking for a decent and affordable place to stay, this is it. It’s quiet and conveniently located to access the road. Daily housekeeping is provided and the general manager is very nice.

i stayed here for 11 days consecutively. generally enjoyed my stay. the night shift lobby staff was friendly. they were able to let me stay at same room throughout. I liked the room. only disturbance is the drip sound of the rain gutter next to my window, can hear that throughout my stay because of the rains.

No refrigerator, very slow wifi, nose from the road (industrial Ave), and non-working heater.

Greed runs this place. Filty stairways, you will smell ***** everywhere. Feeling of unsafe while staying here. Unless you are used to living in Ghettos.

I was surprised at how nice the room was. The outside of the hotel looks horrible and the stairs are dirty and old. But the rooms are very nice. The value was great. I’d stay again. I didn’t have any issues

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this Red Roof Inn , and I must say, it was nothing short of a disaster. To put it bluntly, this place is absolutely horrible. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this was not going to be a pleasant stay. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. The room I was assigned to was far from clean, and that set the tone for the rest of my stay. But that was just the tip of the iceberg when it came to the issues I encountered. One of the most concerning problems was that my room door would not lock properly. I had to resort to using the latch from the inside to secure the door, which was not only inconvenient but also a major security concern. When I brought this issue to the attention of the employee on duty, his response was far from reassuring. He claimed, "It's my first night working here," a statement he had apparently been making for months. It was clear that he had no intention of addressing the issue or providing any real assistance. The air conditioner in the room was another major disappointment. It simply did not work, and despite my complaints, the employee I spoke to was clueless and unable to offer any solutions. This lack of functionality made my stay extremely uncomfortable, especially considering the conditions outside. Furthermore, I asked for the Wi-Fi password, a basic amenity in today's world, and was met with the response that the employee did not know it. This l
