Anaya海灘度假村(Anaya Beach Resort)

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment we arrived, we didn't feel welcomed. The overall atmosphere of the resort was unwelcoming, and the service provided was below par. The staff did not accompany us to our room, leaving us feeling lost and confused. We had initially booked a fan room online, but it was unbearably hot due to the slow fan. We attempted to upgrade to an air-conditioned room, but the resort was fully booked due to a wedding anniversary event, resulting in a noisy environment throughout the entire resort. Furthermore, the beach was not well-maintained and appeared dirty. Despite the low tide, I couldn't help but notice the disappointing condition of the beach at Anaya Beach Resort. In comparison to other resorts we visited, it appeared neglected and unkempt. It seemed like nobody was actively maintaining the beachfront area, which was disheartening to see. The air-conditioning in our room was ineffective, leaving us uncomfortable. Due to these issues, we decided not to stay for the first night and sought accommodation at Marlins Resort instead. Regrettably, we cannot recommend Anaya Beach Resort based on our experience. Additionally, when we inquired about motorbike rental, we were directed to find one outside the resort ourselves. There’s brown out one night of our stay. No alternative source of electricity during brown out.

We stayed 1 night deluxe room. On the second day we went to virgin island. and as we came back before lunch for check out, as we enter the room we saw a used cigarette on the sink located at the confort room and none of us in the group can smoke so we are wondering whos cigarette is that And knowing that we locked the door when we went out to virgin island. We wonder if someone enter the Room its a scary thing what if there are valuable things gone and stolen. Good thing we bring our valuable things with us.

Room was ordinary but clean. The room we stayed had an unusual door knob as it opens upwards and will locked when turned downwards. They had a nice set-up along their beach front. They have a small bar which also offers food but closes pretty early. Free use of table and chairs and no fee for bringing your own food or drinks. They also let you use their grill for free. Nice budget hotel with friendly staff too

For the price it is a good option. A nice location on the beach, although we found the water a bit smelly and with some carbage. And the sand was not so good, but you can just walk in the water for a bit for nicer conditions. Ok beach bar. The huts have good air-condition, functioning wifi, hot water in the shower and ok beds. Good value for money. Security guard that checks when you come and leave..feels secure.

Place is beach front though semi secluded from the crowded resort. Room is huge, looks new but needs work on maintenance. All rooms has a view of the beach.

Unbelievable! Our confirmed AND paid reservation via Agoda just got cancelled by the resort three weeks prior to arrival claiming they are fully booked leaving our Xmas plans up in limbo! Reasoning was there is a “ditch” in their system. Lol. It is obvious that this place is managed by amateurs resp. low IQ’d individuals.. A place to avoid!

The air conditioning was extremely loud and the Wi-Fi on the room was nonexistent. The food and drink in the “bar/restaurant” was expensive.

Needs refurbishing bathrooms smell showers not working proper bathroom wall tiles full off line stone toilet holder rusty one off the beds the sheet had blood stain Generally was awful place to stay I spoke with manager about the state off the place but gave to many excuses I was born and raised in hotel trade and I have a good experience I tried to share with him but was not interested. The place needs revamp a bar a kitchen proper drinks and menu I could go on and on but I won’t I think I said enough
