錢伯斯堡萬豪SpringHill Suites飯店(SpringHill Suites Chambersburg)

Accueil exceptionnel, paticulIèrement de Sandra à la réception qui s'est assuré de notre bien-être, suite à 16 hres de route que nous venions de faire. Nous y avons séjourné une seule nuit, mais nous y reviendrons assurément. L'hôtel était impeccable et le déjeuner excellent.

Everyone at this property was welcoming, helpful and pleasant. The room was clean, the breakfast was great. Kids loved the hot chocolate available in the evening. My son wants to come back even when we have no other reason to visit this city again!

Very clean. Friendly staff. Only issue was breakfast time changed on weekend to weekday and we were not told and missed breakfast second day of stay

As soon as we arrived, I could tell by the cleanliness in the lobby to the caring staff that this was going to be so much better than I expected. Our previous hotel stay somewhere else was a nightmare so this was a welcome change. In our room, I never heard any noise throughout the hotel and almost thought it was empty even though it wasn’t. Staff responded to all our needs and were always polite. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Beds and linens were fresh and clean. The suite we got was beautiful and plenty of room for a family of 5. I’ve already decided any time I come here again, this hotel is my first choice.

This hotel looked as if it were brand new. It may have been. Everything was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel twice now and ALL the staff are super friendly. The rooms are big, clean and smell good. The breakfast served the purpose. I forgot my camera the first time and got it back. The swimming pool once had too much chlorine and our youngest had extreme problems with his eyes. The employees gave us free eye drops and always asked how he was doing. According to information from the front desk, the management would be informed.

Stayed here last year and all was EXCELLENT! This year was not so great. The room had a smell when you walked in. The bed pillows also smelled funky. The lights over the bed area and in the closet didn’t work and the bottom of the shower had a lot of mold.
