查爾斯頓聖徒飯店(The Palmetto Hotel, Charleston)

This hotel was lovely! We had a small issue with breakfast, as it really is limited. But customer service and everything else was wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palmetto, especially thanks to all their small, unique touches of hospitality. From the welcome cocktail at check in to the daily weather reports and carafe of fresh water left in our room each night, we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.

The Palmetto is great if you want to be in the heart of the French Quarter. However, there can be lots of outside noise as well as thin walls which means ear plugs are a must. Also, breakfast was not great. I did lots of walking and so more protein would have been nice to start the day. There are other options near the hotel though. I appreciate the great staff but will pick another property in the future.

Fabulous place. Older but you could never tell every small detail was addressed. The wallpaper was gorgeous. The staff were all friendly. Would stay again.

Beautiful boutique hotel with great service and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again. My party and I were welcomed with a friendly smile and a complimentary cocktail. Check in was easy. The lobby had water and iced tea as well as a snack available, at all times- a nice touch. It also had several seating areas and a beautiful bar. Our room was clean, decorated beautifully and was well appointed. The bathroom was clean and provided all the necessary items one might need as well as a comfy robe. When the front desk realized someone in our party was celebrating a milestone birthday, they generously sent a little cake and some wine. The Palmetto is in a great location for shopping, finding restaurants, historical tours and general sightseeing. I loved The Palmetto and recommend it highly!

Everything about the Palmetto is truly wonderful. Newly renovated just a few months ago. Perfect environment! The only negative was the cost of parking, but that is true of the entire historic district.

Special mention to the hotel lobby and bar. Nicely decorated, chic, elegant, quiet and charming. Friendly staff.

The hotel is a small friendly comfortable one; well run; well appointed. Just a delight; and a great value.

Palmetto Hotel is the premiere hotel to stay at in Charleston. Beautiful from the moment you enter the lobby to the rooms. Liam at valet is kind, greets you with a warm smile, and was extremely helpful. Staff was overall great. Breakfast included features coffee, tea and pastries which were delicious. Rooms were spacious and modern. Cleaning staff kept the rooms impeccable. Hotel is perfectly situated in downtown with easy access to all sites. Palmetto is a must stay
