庫斯貝假日貝斯特韋斯特優質飯店(Best Western Holiday Hotel)

Over Priced, Outdated motel. Old rooms and decor, bad, limited parking. Lots of road noise off of the 101 highway too. Breakfast was good. Should start at 0600. The pool and Jacuzzi are in good shape. However, 0700 is too late for a time to open. Should be 0500 or 0600 at the latest. $550 for two nights was ridiculous and just not a good value at all!

One of the rooms had old breakfast potato’s in the corner, a candy bar under the bed, 4 of the pillows had hair and brown stuff on them and one of the beds had sheets that were never changed because they were full of crumbs… we told the office and they gave us a new set of sheets. Same room was musty and had no functional ac to make the room atmosphere feel better….so we went and bought Clorox wipes and Lysol spray and sprayed the hell out of the place…due to the dirty tub no one showered and we left as early as possible to get to our next destination a Hampton Inn So we slept in these rooms a total of 5 hours as all were concerned about the possibility of bb even though we sprayed the hell out of the room….. Spent over 500$ for this wonderful experience…..only thing that would save my faith in the housekeepers of America is a credit for one room

Nothing good to say, check in was ok but not very welcoming and did not explain anything about amenities. Bad location. The room is dirty and the sofa bed had blood and was extremely dirty and disgusting. We out multiple sheets and covering over it. Did not want to change rooms as it was really late and we had been driving all day. Will not stay here again or ever recommend this hotel. Disgusting!

The front desk service was polite and efficient. The receptionist gave us some dog treats and a poop bag for our dog. Unfortunately, the area of town has a lot of homeless people, so we didn't feel very safe. The room itself smelled bad when we first got in. We opened windows. The combination of the open windows plus becoming "nose blind" over the hours made us not be able to smell anything by the morning. We will not be returning to this Best Western.

Didn't like staying at this property at all. It's right in the middle of two busy roads. Rooms are below average. Just didn't make sense to me pay 250$ per night for such run down place.

It looked nothing like the website and once I pulled the blankets back I saw food crumbs a hair pin and a strand of black hair.

The room could have been cleaner. I chose this place because I thought it was better, cleaner than others. The carpet is filthy. Every corner of that room has dust/dirt.

The smell of cigarettes was overwhelming in the room. We could hear road traffic loud and clear. Back to hotels for us!
