庫斯貝厄齊沃特賓館(Edgewater Inn and Suites)

They have a lot of renovations going on but our room was quiet, big, clean and comfortable. It had a microwave, mini fridge and big smart TV. We enjoyed the rain shower and nice thick towels. Staff were all friendly. 24 hour coffee and tea bar was great. I liked that it so close to Safeway grocery where we bought some hot food for dinner and breakfast. Will book here again if we go to Coos Bay on the future.

The pool is NOT available, the property is under new ownership and being renovated. I reserved a room with a king bed and a hot tub, they do not have hot tubs and I had to insist on a king bed not two queen size beds. Travelocity did not do their job this time.

The property is currently being remodeled and the room I stayed in was very clean. There is not a restaurant on site, but if you want a great dinner with a view just five miles out of town I’d highly recommend the Hilltop.

I reserved a King room with a hot tub. First room they put me in was a double queen. While getting this fixed I was informed they no longer had hot tubs in the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, but I'm still disappointed with my stay.

We chose this hotel for its indoor pool (we needed it for PT) and for the included breakfast. BOTH were unavailable. Very disappointed. Also had very noisy people above us from 1am to 4am.

Newly remodeled. So nice and bd was comfortable! Bathroom floor was dirty. I’ve stayed here before and will again.

Currently the hotel is undergoing renovations which is stated in an email after you book a room with them. Renovations started at 7am and didnʻt finish till 8pm. It was very annoying to hear the constant drilling and pounding after a whole evening/day of traveling from Hawaii when we just wanted to rest. The bed frame was also sticking out of the bed and we caught our shins a few times on it. The shower door would not stay closed and kept sliding open. It seemed like we were the only ones in a room in the middle of all the renovations on the floor we were located at. The sewage smell was so strong in the parking lot that mixed with the rain that had come down, it was absolutely disgusting. The best thing about the room was the view of the lake. Overall if Amber did not greet me the way she did and give outstanding customer service to check me in, I would have asked for a refund and got the heck out of there.

it is currently under construction, but from the rooms that have been redone, they look great. would definitely stay here again

Convenient location in the heart of town. Room was clean. Hotel was under renovation. Room was updated and nice. Unfortunately, paint fumes permeated the hallways. Many side entrance doors from outside were unlocked for all hours. Not a safe set up. Each side entrance should require a key card to open. Safety should be 1st.
