Front desk worker wasn’t welcoming and actually pretty cold to interact with. I stayed in room 114 and it was gross, stained carpets, questionable stains on the walls, doors, and bathtub. The heater kept needing to be reset so my room was cold all night. I wish I would have looked at the previous reviews.

Room was small and it was a bit dingy. The tub had stains. We had someone directly above us and the noise of them walking around was pretty loud.

The hotel very unsanitary ( understood the older) room smells badly) the lady check in try to charge me for dog fees The hotel dogs staying free before booked I already checked details. Tv and coffee maker not working bedsheets got HOLD… windows got molding, we opened windows all day tries getting smelling out …I took pictures made sure not charge for damage … we have to go asked toilet paper and soap towels for second day… because of this experience we not come back stay in this hotel again.

It was just okay. The room needs some paint and other maintenance work. It was a bit noisy because there is traffic on both sides of the hotel. But I always travel with earplugs, so it was not an issue for me. The free breakfast is just some bananas. apples, and sugar cereal.

We had to change rooms once because the first room they gave us on the main floor had a heater that did not work…a broken thermostat that had grease marks all over it!
Also the bedspread had cigarette burns in it! ( non smoking room!) They gave us a room on the second floor that was in better shape.

The shower was very slippery and didn't seal properly, allowing the floor to also get wet and slippery. And it was an ADA room, should be addressed immediately.
