The TV’s did not work. We brought this to the attention of the front desk on the first night, she had us move to a different room then after we moved our stuff, we had to move back because she said the room was booked for the next day.
The next day we went to the front desk and they had no clue what we were talking about and said maintenance was not there. Nothing could be done.
We paid almost $500 for a hotel that needs updating, rooms need air fresheners, they smell very moldy and no TV.
It advertises a restaurant but there isn’t one.
I requested a call from the manager to discuss the room and overall hotel. The gentleman who was working the front desk said he would leave a note. I haven’t heard from the manager yet.
At one time I think this was a very upbeat/popular hotel but it needs updating and better systems for when there is a complaint. None of the employees knew what to do.
