祕密港口海灘度假村(Secret Harbour Beach Resort)

Suite had a good deal of deferred maintenance. Kitchen sink faucet didn’t work well. Water pressure in the shower was very poor. Mattress in bedroom was very old and deformed from extended use. Room service was ok however they never showed up at consistent times. One day they never showed.

A beautiful location, perhaps the best on the island. While the facilities are a bit the worse for wear, and the housekeeping is very minimal, the staff is gracious & helpful, the restaurant is good with an incredible view, and overall low-key and very hospitable.

Nice property. I booked a single night and later added two nights. I called to make sure the reservation was combined so we would not have to move rooms. They refused to honor this even with over a month advance notice. We had to pack and store our bags and wait five hours to only be put two doors down. Staff did not try to accommodate us at all.

Our studio room was very nice and the view was amazing! Unfortunately we had to go up about 70 steps to get to our room from the beach. The beach itself is very nice and the water is calm for swimming. The restaurant food was pretty good. We didn’t like the way guests were allowed to get up early and put towels on the beach chairs and then not show up until hours later. All in all, a nice place to stay.

Great food , amazing beach at day and night . Close to Redhook for excursions and night life . Polite front desk .

Avoid this property (not worth the money!). When a property charges over $500 USD per night for an entry level room, there are certain amenities and level of service that is to be expected. We stayed here for new years 2023 and was disappointed with our overall experience for the reasons below. 1. There are no staff on the beach to take your order or deliver your food (you must walk to the restaurant, order, and bring everything back to the beach yourself). 2. There are NOT enough beach umbrellas, and this is a public access beach (both nights during our stay we did not have access to umbrellas in a timely fashion). Also, there is no staff to move umbrellas to your location of choice. 3. No room service. The room TV clearly indicates room service with delivery, but if you place an order with their restaurant (Sunset Grill or the Patio), you again have to pick it up yourself from the restaurant yourself and bring it to your room. 4. Breakfast hours are false. Clearly advertised that breakfast hours go until 11am. I showed up at exactly 10:37am and was given a hard time and was told I had to rush and place an order immediately because “breakfast hours are not taken after 10:45am” since they have to switch from breakfast to lunch. And you cannot place a lunch order until 11:15am! Highly inconvenient and false advertising (so they expect people not to order anything between 10:45-11:15am).

We drove all over the island visiting other resorts and Secret Harbor was as nice as the more expensive resorts. If you want to be AT the beach, this is the place to be.

We had a great stay at secret harbor resort. Big clean appartment on the hill side with a beautiful view. The staff is very nice and helpful. The beach seems to be one of the most secluded compared to the other places we visited on st thomas great for snorkeling . The bar/restaurant is very good. Food is good, drinks are great and the bartenders are very friendly. I highly recommend the secret harbor resort for your stay. We will definitevly stay there again next time we visit the island.

This was our first time on the island, and we were looking foward to it even more as we were brining the parents on their first beach vacation. Our reservations were for a hillside room, however, when we got there we were amazed by the Secret Harbor beach as the view from the living room! It was my favorite thing to wake up everyday and look at that view. The beach was not over populated, snorkeling was amazing! Some creatures we were able to discover here were so many different kinds of fish, starfish, urchins, conches, crabs, lobsters, and stingrays. Food was great at both morning and evening time. The building lives up to the name as it was a good "secret spot" on the island. Would recommend for couples and families.
