What an amazing stay-cation! Great staff, great service. We were treated so well and had an amazing stay-cation. Food is AMAZING! Enjoyed some drinks at the bar. The jacuzzi and pool were great to wind down. The room was so comfy and relaxing. Will 100% return!

Beautiful grounds, staff was exceptional! Unable to enjoy all the amenities due to short length of stay however seemed to be enjoyable.

Really nice hotel with friendly staff. Clean and elegant. Only downside is the constuction going on around the building that limits egress and exit.

They are renovating doing a lot of things but still highly enjoyed. TV’s need upgraded to smart ones and some bathrooms are still old but that’s being fixed. Recommend.

This property is amazing. From the accommodations to the staff. Our stay was so enjoyable. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced! We went to afternoon tea that they host on the weekends, I would highly recommend! It was so nice!

Do you miss going to a hotel with excellent service, smiles on the faces, exquisite grounds and beautiful ambiance, people understanding the hospitality experience? Well look no further. My daughter and I are thoroughly enjoying the Spa, the room service and excellent bedding and mattresses. I would say the only thing this property is missing is a gift shop, with its excellent branding I am surprised they do not take advantage of this. When we travel we always like to get something memorable from the gift shop, but sadly it's the one thing missing. I hope that someone sees this and realizes with all of the branding they do, they are truly missing the branding on hats, sweatshirts and etc that could easily give them free advertising. Living in California I enjoy seeing things from other destinations because I then look up the brand to see if I would go there. Other than that we will definitely be back!

Ballantyne is a great escape. I was here on business but was able to take advantage of the spa and enjoy some relaxation treatments.
