夏洛特敦加拿大最佳價值套房飯店(Canadas Best Value Inn and Suites Charlottetown)

Room was very clean. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. (I slept well which is usually a challenge for me.) Continental breakfast fresh and inviting. Staff were most accommodating. Our room was very warm but was happy for the air conditioning. One thing I'd recommend: installing a bathtub railing or grippy stickers for the bottom of the tub. Everything else was lovely. 😊

The property was clean, but had a very strong odour of mold when you walked into the room and when we opened the closet doors in the livingroom. Also, the tv was not working, and when we got back to the room after the wedding we attended. We wanted to watch the hockey game, but couldn’t because we couldn’t get the tv to work. And it was around 11pm and didn’t want to bug the front desk. But was very disappointed!!!!

Everything was clean and confortable. Sadly, I did not get the full kitchen I had booked and as they were full, could not offer me another room. However, they did give me a small discount for the inconvenience and they were always professional and courteous. I planned to go back the next week but... they were full!

Hotel staff were not very welcoming or friendly. The individual I dealt with at check-in and on two other occasions continued to cut me off while I was speaking. The sheets on the bed were still dirty and had to request more (second interaction with staff) and as much as this is a first-world problem, there was no service in that no one brought anything to the room given that this was not our fault the sheets were filthy. The carpet looked super dirty as if it hadn’t been deep cleaned in years. The duvet was just a simple thin duvet that just laid independently between two regular sheets so as you’re sleeping, all three sheets interact independent from one another and slide around and don’t stay put. The shelf/storage in the shower are all at downward angles so items slide off into the tub. Random hairs were found throughout the room. The grassy areas surrounding the property seemed decently well kept, though. If we weren’t in a last-minute bind, we would not have stayed here knowing what we now know.

Nous avons eu un lit qui craquait et nous l'avons mentionnée en début de journée afin de pouvoir régler la situation mais ils n'ont rien fait. Notre télévision dans le salon ne fonctionnait pas non plus et cette situation n'a pas été resolu non plus. Deux facteurs non résolu qui ne nous encourage pas a recommander cet établissement.

The room was basic, but seemed clean. The kitchenette was useful and appreciated. At no point of my stay was was my room freshened up. Breakfast was extremely limited and a guest slipped and fell hard on the floor and no one verified that he was ok. Very convenient location.

No one came to clean my room during my 5 night stay. Apparently you have to request for the room to be serviced at the front desk. Not a big deal but not something that im accustomed to. The bed was comfortable & i didn’t hear any noise from the other suites beside me.

This was a nice quiet place to stay-the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Most of all the staff were super friendly and very accommodating! I will recommend and/or stay here again! Thanks for the great weekend
