馬車飯店小木屋(The Hotel Chalet at the Choo Choo)

You really get what you pay for…the best part about the stay was being able to walk back from the bar. THE HOTEL IS NO LONGER REALLY A PART OF THE TRAIN STATION. Online photos and reviews were very deceiving since many people rated it well due to visiting the station, not the hotel itself. Construction everywhere. It feels like a motel in every way. Not at all what was advertised. We even had creepy phone messages at night. Not kidding. Employees were kind at least. Will not return.

The location is perfect with lots of nice places to eat in a short safe walk and the customer service from the staff was excellent. The property is under major renovations so be prepared for some inconvenience but, the rooms are clean and currently the parking is free. I cannot wait to see to see it completely finished.

We stayed in a train car. 5 star from the moment we arrived at the property. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice surprise.

The hotel is across from a music venue which was still very noisy even at 2:30 in the morning. So if you stay here on a night with a concert request a room far away from the parking lot if you want quiet sleep. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well decorated. The staff isn’t knowledgeable or helpful (minus the man working the desk this morning 2.10.24) this may be due to them just opening up? There also seems to be some staffing shortage bc there is no one greeting or in the front at all.

What a wonderful unique hotel in downtown Chattanooga . Beautiful lobby and easy parking for a fee made for a relaxing stopover on the way home. Our room was impeccable with a very comfy bed and a luxurious bathroom. Close to trendy restaurants and taprooms. Old trains right outside made for a unique quirky vibe. So well worth the visit.

Very nice hotel. Finishing up a few things but still very nice. Great area with many food and entertainment options.

This place is AMAZING!!! The renovations that have taken place has now pushed this to a top tier hotel in Chattanooga. We will be back!

Majority of the hotel is OK. It is just very very dark dark. I understand they’re going for a certain field, but the rooms are just too dark.

Cool property. It is under renovations so coming back up to speed but staff was great and can't wait to visit again when even more is open.
