林蔭道飯店及水療(The Greenway Hotel & Spa)

This was an excellent hotel. Service was great. From James in reception who welcomed us with professionalism and warmth & tips to visit, to the restaurant staff who were helpful and responsive. The chef was great - food was tasty and to a great standard. The housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating as well. We had an awesome and restful stay. Our dog enjoyed the bed and treats as well as walks in the beautiful grounds. Breakfast was excellent and the rooms were clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We will make tgis hotel an regular on our list.

Had a fantastic stay in the “elm” room, which was very spacious (the bathroom was huge with double shower and sink) and had a balcony overlooking the estate. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. We were provided with plenty of bottled water in a fridge, there is also a coffee machine in the room with fresh milk in the fridge. It was all very clean and looked like it had recently been refurbished. We had the spa and pool pretty much all to ourselves. The food looked and smelt great, we didn’t have dinner as we had already booked to eat out, there are lots of great restaurants in the surrounding area. We did have breakfast and the eggs Royale were very tasty with lots of other breakfast choices and drinks. We will definitely be back!

We have been coming for many years but our first visit since Covid and upstairs refurb. All done well and Craig and his staff very helpful, specially Colleen most welcoming

Fabulous hotel! Everything was perfect! Beautiful property. Large comfortable rooms. Fabulous spa. Dinner was included in the room rate and was delicious (and beautiful). One of my favorite hotels. I’ll be back. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Extremely disappointing, for a hotel charging these prices you have a reasonable expectation. Service was extremely poor throughout, room was large but very tired as was condition of rest of hotel. The quality of the meal in the evening was excellent but breakfast was bland and the service at breakfast was terrible. A hotel claiming these prices needs to be doing much better, spoke to a member of their management but do not have any confidence that things will improve any time soon.

No info given about the spa use, had to phone down twice. No info book in the room about the hotel, was not told about breakfast times or that breakfast was included, room had not been cleaned properly, all the bathrobes and slippers were too small, im not even a big bloke, Tiny bottle of water in the room. Heating on all night even though radiators were turned off, no water pressure in shower, plus i think certain guests get the room we had with 2 tiny windows looking out onto flat roofs, No mention of eating dinner even though the dining room was a hive of activity. I think the staff judged us, even though we were smartly dressed and were looking down on us, yet as guests we pay their wages. The B&B we stayed in the night before in bath knocked spots off this place. This hotel has all the look of a posh place but really needs to learn what real service is all about, even upon leaving and explaining a few issues we had, only because we were asked. Not even an offer of money off, too quick to take the payment and say goodbye. AVOID Better places for less money in the same area,
