Pryah/John Kennedy/plus staff were amazing! They went out of their way to make us feel at home. From the top of the staff-down… made it a great week! I highly recommend you coming to this hotel. Great service/food/staff!

The hotel has been around for ***y years. Therefore ***y of the systems are not working well. The air-conditioning in the room is not cold and the WiFi is not stable and for most of the time it goes on and off in the room. However, all the staff in the hotel, the front desk staff, bellhop, waiters etc are very cheerful, helpful and well-***nered. The breakfast buffet is average but the a la carte lunch and dinner are good.

The hospitality was very good here. Had a wonderful experience.The housekeeping staff especially Perumal was very good in his work.Everyone here are very friendly in explaining everything. Felt like home here. Hoping to be back here soon.

Pillows are average, could not see IPL MATCH on the TV as it's set top box not functioning properly. Rest other things okay but appealing. Mirror was old , could see when out signs. Toiletries were not replaced properly. Hotel.surrounding area is very shabby and don't feel like walk around. One big screen is there near pool side but it's also old and not properly maintained.
