切羅基/斯莫基山戴斯飯店(Days Inn by Wyndham Cherokee Near Casino)

Motel, not a hotel. It is right across the street from Harrah’s Cherokee ******. Much cheaper than staying at the ****** hotel. Has all basic amenities like mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron and iron board. Place was clean. Downside is you can hear the traffic from the main road. I was in the motel wing closest to road. Also, the vent in the bathroom was extremely loud. It wasn’t just mine. I could hear the vents from adjacent room as well.

The room was completely adequate. Very convenient to the ******. My sister's bed sounded like it was going to fall every time she moved, but it didn't. We were very shocked to have the manager use his pass key to come in one afternoon, see us there and flee. That kind of concerned us, but everything was fine.

Great location for ****** and better price. They provide a little breakfast area in lobby which is nice. TV in room had a line thru entire picture and microwave didnt work.

Mini-fridge was not working. Front desk person that finally showed up after 5 minutes said the maintenance person would come over. Never showed. Had to buy ice to keep drinks cold. Went to turn in cards for the room and there was a sign stating the front desk person had stepped out and to place them in a makeshift basket. Over 20 cards in there, so it's easy to assume there had been no one at the front desk in 30 minutes or better. ONLY plus of staying at this property is that it's walking distance from the ******. Otherwise, I'd never book there.

Front desk manager was super helpful and down to earth. Staff was extremely nice. For the money, can’t beat this place and its convenience to the ******. We stay here every time we visit Cherokee. No complaints. Not fancy, but an affordable place to lay your head with friendly staff

The room smells like wet carpet. Old out dated furniture. Very bad free breakfast. Spend a little more stay somewhere else

After checking in, been in the room about 10 minutes. All of a sudden our door opened by a stranger. The front deck gave him a key for his room and he went to our door by mistake but his key card opened our door! Since of being safety in our room went out the window. Then we were watching TV and it kept freezing. I called front desk and he said we have a satellite and to ether change channels or watch something on your phone. The room was very under par for the exuberant amount we paid for such a low grade room!

Property owner needs to do repairs to facility including rooms. Lobby was clean. Personnel were not professionally dressed.

breakfast was lacking. Stay was pleasant. getting expensive. price goes up by $20-$30 every time i stay here. May have to find a different place. several in area to choose from.
