辛辛那提市中心歡朋套房飯店(Hampton Inn & Suites Cincinnati-Downtown)

We needed to sleep 5 and the pull out couch was in such horrific condition (thin mattress with every spring felt through it) that my daughter just slept on it as a couch. Good thing she's still small enough to do that! But the room size was good, customer service was good (we didn't address the couch with them as it was very late) and breakfast was good. Kids loved the waffle bar with lots of toppings and whipped cream.

The location was great and the property was clean, but we checked in and the room was very warm. We lowered the AC and turned the fan on high and left for a few hours. When we came back it was 78 degrees in the room and we were given a box fan and told it would be repaired in the morning. We were there for 3 more nights, the hotel was full and our AC was never fixed and the room stayed over 80 degrees the entire stay. We went to the desk multiple times and was told there was no manager to talk to and they offered us 2 bottles of water as a solution. It is hard to believe that on an event weekend there was never any management in the hotel and no remedy for the broken AC. I asked for a discount when checking out and was told no and that a manager would call me, that was 3 days ago, and still no call.

When arriving at hotel valet parking wanted to take our vehicle prior to us checking in, which was fine, however we hadn't unloaded vehicle. Valet seemed surprised we wanted to unload our vehicle. The hotel has no one to assist you with your bags, valet attendant finally gave us 1 small cart, so not enough. After unloading vehicle we had to transport ourselves and our carts loaded down to the second floor to check in. No AC in the reception area or reservation desk. During check-in the hotel person assisting us verbalized our room number, we were not the only people checking in! Finally back on the elevator again with all our stuff to our room. Room was good. Stay was good. The complimentary breakfast was what you would expect, except again no AC both mornings, just about unbearable to eat in the common area.

Hi, my stay at the Hampton inn and suites in Cincinnati was way less than enjoyable. Check in was supposed to be at 3:00pm, I got here at 3:10 and they said the room was not ready and it would be within 45 minutes to an hour. I waited almost 3 hours and they still didn't have a room yet ( this was at 5:40 pm) and they didn't know when it would be available. I had a event at 7:00pm and asked if I could leave my things there and check in after the event. They said that would be fine and the room would be ready by then. I got back at 11:40 pm and they gave us a room and we got there and room only had 1 queen(I paid for 2 queen beds). I called the front desk and they siad this was there last room. They gave my room away! I booked this room in December, my trip was in July. I looked up reviews on Google recently and this is a common occurrence there. Do yourself a favor and go to different hotel.

Good location. Friendly staff. Parking cost is outrageous. Housekeeping was only upon request, however, after request did not do it one day, and only did partial another day.

Definitely the best part of this hotel is the location. I have no complaints, just wasn’t wowed for the price. Oh, they closed the bar, that was disappointing.

Reservation was made but no room assigned and once the room was assigned it was dirty. We had to go back to the lobby for them to clean it. Took an hour. Slept at 3 am

sort of minimal hotel in the center of the city; noisy both from the street and from guests enjoying Octoberfest.

No refrigerator, no microwave. $42 to park for one night! Breakfast was mediocre.
