辛辛那提市中心萬怡飯店(Courtyard Cincinnati Downtown)

We loved being downtown and in the heart of the action. We had a great birthday weekend celebration. We will stay again in a Courtyard Hotel.

I wasn’t sure about this place based on reviews but now I’m surprised it had a lower score. Rooms and bathrooms were large, bed was comfortable. Our floor was a little dirty (they’re hardwood so easier to see dust and stuff) and we didn’t have hand soap in the bathroom but for the price compared to other downtown hotels it was totally fine.

The staff at the front desk were so great. They were very helpful and informative and very kind. They made us feel at home. The rooms were very clean and inviting. We truly enjoyed our stay and will def be back and also will recommend you to our friends and family.

We stayed in the two story suite on the top floor. It was perfect for our family of four. Our teenagers had the privacy they like in the upstairs king room. Great view through the huge windows. Spotless clean. Comfy beds. Great location. Will definitely return.

Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. It was super clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Fire alarm went off at 9pm. Had to go down 9 flights if stairs half asleep. Turned out to be a false alarm. The staff didn't communicate anything with us. The alarm kept going off for 45 minutes then went off again about an hour later.

The ice machine on our floor, 13th, did not work and had to go to the 15th floor to get ice. I think the price is very high for what you get or don't get.

The location for attending the Bengals game could not have been better. It's an easy and quick walk down to both Stadiums (baseball and football). FANTASTIC staff. So warm and accommodating. It is still a business hotel so the room is pretty bare bones. In room coffee was bad but the café did have plenty of coffee for sale. We ran out of TP and shower soap as those were not replenished before or during our stay. One minor thing but they also don't provide lotion in the room. Not a big deal if I had remembered to pack my own. The HVAC is very loud and we could not get our room cool enough despite it being in the low 50's outside. We decided Cinci folks might just like everything indoors above 70. Overall it was pretty darn good. We would consider staying again on our next trip.

The halls smelled of smoke, the cleaning staff blares rap music, the AC never wanted to kick on in our room and when I opened a nightstand door, there was a dirty, stained rag in it. Gag me. I let the front desk staff know, but she just said she would let a manager know, this is not what an expensive hotel is supposed to be like? Highly disappointed and will not consider Marriott in the future.
