DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!! I travel very often and am not picky when it comes to rooms. But this was by far the worst experience I've ever had! The check in process was fine, but when we opened the door to the room it was so nasty. The clerk had warned us that the room had been recently painted, but paint splatters were all over the sink, bathtub and floor, like a 4yr old did it. Burn holes in the comforter, microwave was filthy, some black crumbs under the pillow, carpet so old, just nasty! We left right out, the clerk was outside and spoke as we drove off, literally 2 min after getting our key which was at 3pm. Went across the street to eat and come up with another plan for our 3 night stay. 40 min later went back to let them know we decided not to stay, was told the window to change plans was 30 min so we were refused a refund, told the clerk didnt know how to cancel/refund the next 2 nights and that we would still have to come back the next day to cancel for nights 2 and 3. Since we would no longer be in the area to return right at 3pm the next day (the only time a mgr would be there) we went back the same night at 8pm to try to check out and cancel the rooms. Mareisha at the front desk was super helpful, but otherwise we had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The managers, Toni and Paul argued with us and continued to refuse a refund when their employee even verified that we were only in the room for 2 min. No one knew how to give a credit for the unused nights, they had to call for help and that process took forever, then they refused to write accurate info on our receipt, still stating that we occupied the room for 6 hrs. The only reason we still had the key was because they refused to help when we originally went back. Just a mess! I will absolutely be disputing the charges w my bank and hope this review saves someone else the trouble. BOOK A ROOM ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!!
