They cancelled my reservation and blamed it on ******* but I was never notified by ******* and the active reservation remained in my app. Additionally, ******* asked me to rate them, assuming I stayed there. I asked the staff clerk to email me the cancellation notice from ******* and she didn’t. I think they wanted to charge twice as much because I had a good price due to booking early and it was a football weekend. We had to drive 40 miles to find another available hotel. It’s also quite rundown just from the looks of the place. Probably a blessing in disguise we didn’t stay there.
