This was a repeat visit to the hotel. We'd already spent a night there when we first moved to town and liked it so much that when we decided to take a staycation, choosing to go there again required little thought. The rooms are some of the most comfortable we've stayed in anywhere, and the staff are the friendliest anywhere. On top of that, the beakfast buffet selection is amazingly broad and well prepared. You just can't go wrong staying here.

Beautiful high end hotel, best property we have ever stayed at. We stayed in a suite with a bedroom and the 2 kids slept in the front area on the sleeper sofa. They had their own tv which was great. The full size fridge was a huge bonus as we were traveling with food and drinks in an ice chest on our road trip. I tend to find IHG hotels, and happy with Holiday Inn Express on our 7 day road trip. This is one step above. From the professional and friendly front desk, to the cleanliness of the room/bathroom and common area, this is worth it! We were towing a trailer and there was parking in the shopping center parking lot across the street which we could keep an eye on from our spacious room.

Honestly, one of the nicest hotels I've been too in a long time. Very friendly and helpful staff! Easy booking. Very clean and spacious rooms! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Our check in was weird! Came in and front desk had a sign that said staff was temporarily away and to use the phone to get someone. Used the phone many times and it had a busy signal! Waited well over 15 minutes for someone to come!

The front desk employee was absolutely fantastic, this was the best customer service we have received at a hotel in a very long time! This hotel was absolutely amazing, clean, spacious, with lovely amenities! They offer a variety of entertainment, from corn hole, to a fire pit, and lovely swimming area. A we will never stay anywhere else.

Upon check-in, the room I booked was not available. The hotel was more than helpful in providing a room that would work. The staff was so friendly.

Staff is outstanding Only negatives are no USB ports; had 2 dead outlets and the blackout curtain was hanging loose. All are easily fixed so I’ll still go with a positive review

I like that it was quiet and the staff was so friendly. The breakfast was so delicious.
