Ten/ten!!!

We've been staying here for years and love the spacious rooms with a separate area for the kids. However, we needed to contact the front desk for extra linens. The room phone was disabled. I had to either call with my cell or go to the front desk in person. Slightly annoying. Also, it would be nice if they could upgrade the rooms with charging ports instead of simply outlets.

My 4night stay was amazing. My suite was everything I needed. The restaurant and bar were super convenient as well. I did have issues with the shower not draining and puddling gross water and asked the front desk to have maintenance take a look. I don’t know if they did or not bc the problem still persisted. However the stay was great, staff were great as well/ just had to turn the shower off while showering so the water didn’t puddle haha

We stayed at the Marriot when our youngest graduated from Great Lakes Naval Recruit Training Center. We chose it because of its reviews and being half way between the base and O'Hare. The room was nice and spacious. Very clean appearance and smell. The only critique I have is the bed. My husband's side had a dip in the mattress and the fitted sheet didn't stay on the bed. It was like it was too small for it. Other than than that I would recommend staying there.

the room was very clean. the staff was really friendly and polite. We asked for extra towels and they were sent up super quick. it's in the middle of a business park, so there are no stores/restaurants walking distance if that is something you are looking for. The coffee was really good. Will definitely be booking again.

I loved how the rooms were like “mini” apartments, such as, you walk in the door and then there is the living room with a desk, then a double doorway with bed and tv and night stands on both sides. Then a walk through sink/ closet and then the restroom. Very accessible and convenient. It also had the option of bath or shower. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. Also, had their own restaurant and bar.

This was a nice hotel, clean and worth what I paid to stay. The only downfall it has was the drive to it BUT it was worth the price difference and wasn’t bad since it was mostly main freeway driving. We would definitely stay again with no issue.

I would first like to state that the staff at this hotel goes above and beyond and are very friendly. Now to the downsides, when we first got into the room there were crumbs everywhere and upon opening the fridge there was a full meal in there. The door to the bathroom was broken. When we pulled out the pull out couch there were so sheets on it or within the room. Upon trying to get this straightened out none of the phones in the room were also working. The mattress was covered in yellow stains. It’s a shame that the rooms do not live up to the service. Such a shame.
