Checked in, got our room and started to get ready for the night and we needed some items we had forgotten in our vehicle. Went outside to valet station and found that the driver who had parked our vehicle ended up taking our keys home with him and didn’t have a way to return the keys to us with an estimated time…

Muy buena ubicacion en el centro de Chicago. A 2 bloques del tren y a 1 bloque de una farmacia. Muy limpio y intiutivo.

From the moment we checked in I should have known better. I experienced a cold and unwelcoming check-in. The room was not the room I had reserved. I called down to the front desk and stated the error. They tell me they're sold out of the other room so this is what I get. Why was I not informed of this when I checked in 15 mins ago. This isn't what I paid for but I let it slide. The next day I receive an email and I have been double invoiced. Each invoice charged for a destination fee and valet. Total of 98.06 yet my bank statement says l02.06. not only was I double charged but I was charged more than my invoice states.

To truly make this a 4 or 5 star stay for the price, offer a reduced rate for valet parking for guests who don’t plan to leave during their stay. Also the vouchers for the hotel bar/ restaurant should be redeemable for the entire stay not just the first day.

Overall, my stay here for the weekend was great! The doormen were the sweetest humans and I appreciated being able to push back my check out time. Highly recommend and will come back!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. However, the room smelled like cat pee and the trains or some kind of industrial noise was so loud we could not sleep.

Small place, friendly staff. Been staying there for years and am greeted like an old friend by the staff.
