芝加哥諾布飯店(Nobu Hotel Chicago)

Great hotel. Minimalist style. Only negative was noise from halls and next room. Heard people using bathroom facilities- running water, flushing

I like this hotel comfortable and very good service

We had an exceptional time at Nobu. Shout out to the manager Aldo for going above and beyond and making our stay so special. The room was everything you’d expect from a classy hotel. Bed was luxurious, lighting was moody, and our room had floor to ceiling windows showcasing all of Fulton Market. Top notch staff. Top notch stay.

The hotel is realy nice and cosy, beautiful design, but nothing special, just a regular Nobu style. However the service needs A LOT of improvement. Starting from front desk who needs to be reminded 5 times until they book a table for you at the rooftop bar, the front desk manager who tries to be polite and helpful but it's only words not actions, finishing with housekeeping whose workers do their job in a very tentative manner, they son't clean the toilets properly, don't add the amenity kits even though You used the previous one, same with bottles of water etc. The location is perfect, but the standards nedd to be improved if they want to have high-end guests. Unfortunatelly, their guest experience doesn't exist. Service should be devoted to bring an exceptional experience for the guest, but at this Nobu hotel it's not. Too bad for them.

The Director of Food and Beverage at the hotel was extremely gracious in accommodating specified dietary requests to dine on the rooftop, per our ask. He even made reservations for us. The hotel staff was wonderful and helpful. A great property in a vibrant neighborhood!

The Nobu Hotel is very modern and sleek, located in one of the hippest areas of Chicago (West Loop) close to dining and cocktail options. They thought of everything just in case you may have forgotten to pack a toothbrush, hair straightener or your Dyson hair dryer. Our room was immaculately designed with finishes to envy. The only miss was that our HVAC fan (turned to High) didn’t make any noise in the room at all and we were woken up multiple times during the night by noises that sounded like our room was being entered. In fact, at 2AM and 4AM the noise carried so loud that someone could have been in our room. This is not normal for any hotel much less one this well established. So, after a fabulous breakfast at the restaurant (get the Nobu Honey Toast) we went home to rest!

Japanese modern esthetic with great service in a serene environment in a bustling area with tons to do right outside the hotel. I’d stay their again next time in Chicago as well as at another Nobu

Such a wonderful stay with exceptional customer service. The location is amazing, close to so many great places to eat and a quick taxi downtown.

Nice hotel in west loop restaurant district. Property condition is very good. Dining option is top notch for both in hotel dining and surrounding area. Will be back for sure.
