奇利瓦克希爾頓歡朋飯店(Hampton Inn by Hilton Chilliwack)

It was a great stay at the Hampton inn, however the front desk concierge Sharon is not very pleasant. As we tried to solve an issue with a cc for the security deposit. The women woman sat and berated me on the phone regarding my “financial” situation when I tried to pay with a different cc. Unbelievably rude and disrespectful and there was no need for any of that.

The front desk was very accommodatable and helped me with a few things. They got me a charge cord for my phone because I forgot it. They were smiling when I couldn’t remember my pin to my MasterCard and they made it work. I appreciate that a lot because I was super tired, they also had salt and vinegar chips, a great hot tub and pool and comfortable bed.

We absolutely loved staying at the Hampton Inn! We were doing a long drive with a 5-year-old, and the room and beds were very comfortable. This hotel was particularly amazing because it had a fully indoor pool and hot tub, complete with a nice (super fast) slide. Everything was in great shape, and built with solid quality (better than certain "high end" hotels). I also have to compliment their inclusive breakfast - everything was made fresh, great quality and tons of choices. I've never seen my kiddo eat so much, and it really was delicious (again, better than any other inclusive breakfast I've ever tried!). The staff was also friendly and helpful. Overall, I would hands down stay at this hotel again, it was fantastic!!

The Hotel was decent , though being unable to open a window and the lack of a bathroom fan made for quite a stuffy air quality in the room. The Breakfast was real decent one morning ,,but not so great the next. Our biggest beef was that waterslide was broken our whole stay . We spent above our budjet just for our daughter to be able to enjoy the slide on our trip as it is the only one we could find in a hotel in Chilliwack . When we expressed our extreme dissapoin**ent, we were just given a half hearted apology w no ideas for compensation of any kind . Pretty weak for a hotel at this pay grade . Also , what a strange location for a hotel , down a long dark driveway surrounded on all sides by an industrial park . We will not stay again , ive had better experiences and been treated like im more inportant by far less expensive Hotels

Beautiful quiet spot with nice entrance . Greeted by friendly staff. Rooms were clean and modern with lots of space. Breakfast was hot and a with a large array of choices . The eating area was large with space for many participants. We felt safe, listened to and comfortable at this location

We generally had a great stay but the noise in the suite above us was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced at any other hotel. 5-8 am it sounded like elephants were running the 5 steps back and forth non stop. Then that evening what sounded like a party going until midnight. But the pool and breakfast were amazing our kids had a blast.
