時光飯店(Time Out Hotel)

On arrival i had problem with incorrect bed size as per my reservation. The gentelman in reception and the gentelman who show me the alternative rooms were very kind and caring. Some more issues happened to: such as giving the wrong card for the room, had to come back and fix again. Dirty towels left in the room, fixed quickly. No water was available, that was fixed too. Although it sound bad, It did not bother me much. They were quick on actioning. Then, i have been told there were a mistake for the room again, i actually had the correct room reserved for me from the begining. But i was happy with the room i had, so, i did not change it. One thing i can say the water does not have enough pressure in the tab and shower head. These were some negative parts. Besides these, hotel generally very clean, AC working well, no flies or bugs or mosquitos. I would recommend this hotel for all, only possible registeration issues you might face.

The staff were lovely girls in reception and all bar.. Miguel was lovely and.. food wasnt great. The only disappointment was air con inside the bar it was boiling qnd i had to go to reception for a hair dryer. Thats wasnt a problem i just assumed it would be in the room. Also only 2 bars of soap . No shower gel or shampoo which i would have thought would be the norm. Other than that.. room was great.. all staff working there were lovely i would def recommend

The room was clean need a little upgrading but ok. The property inside needs a little upgrading also but Staff was accommodating we got there early they kept our suitcases for us, when the room was ready we were able to check in before the check in time

If you are looking for a low cost hotel, check Time Out. Their customer service is 10/10. I can't seem to understand why check in is at 4pm as opposed to 2 or 3pm🤔. What I hate the most is the fact that my room had half roll of tissue and I had to physically call and ask for another roll. Why wasn't an extra roll was not placed in the room! I asked to for a towel change at the front desk, returned to my room later to find that the room was indeed cleaned but the towels weren't replaced. Visit at your own risk!

Please ensure that there is an adequate supply of hot water. This was my only issue.

You get what you pay for. Staff wasn't really friendly. Don’t plan on ever staying there again. Too many other options.

It was a great experience for me & my partner..we had a awesome time..At time out hotel...the room were super clean the staff were very friendly, the food were very tasty! i would recommend this hotel..I'll surely be back if I've to...

Well located with nice bar and pool. We didn’t get the King Bed as requested. Whilst it wasn’t guaranteed I felt the hotel should have contacted us to let us know before we arrived.
