Turtle Beach by Elegant Hotels - All Inclusive

We had a fantastic 7 day family vacation , not too crowded . Staff we very friendly and helpful (except the grumpy lady that would seat us when we arrived 8min early for our dinner reservation :-)) Ronaldo at the water sports activities is awesome. Thanks

Pros: Excellent customer service and staff that goes above and beyond Great location and beautiful beach Good food and lots of great drinks Beautiful view from our room Great daily evening entertainment Activities reservation centre that takes amazing care of you and books lots of nice tours Cons: Room was outdated Bathroom needed some love Terrible set up if you enjoy doing your hair, no plugs in the bathroom. Had to straighten my hair sitting on the bed and there was no mirror nearby.

The staff was great especially the guys at the bar( Winston,Mathew), restaurant, room service, and the front desk staff. At first I had some difficulty with my first room( no hot water) but I was quickly moved to another room which was beautiful. The pools were always clean. I had a great time and will definitely go back.

We have just returned from a 1 week long stay at the Turtle Beach in Barbados with 2 young kids and it was just amazing and the perfect holiday! The Room, Pool, Beach and in general the overall Facilities were really good and clean. The Hotel was super child friendly with the Kids Club (which my kids absolutely loved and kept wanting to go back to each day!) and special meal requests to accommodate the fussy eaters! The Staff were absolutely brilliant! Very friendly, welcoming and helpful - Nothing seemed to much for them! Big shout outs to Shodia for the personal service and check in's during our stay and building a rapport with my kids and personally coming to see us off at the end of our stay (all these small efforts made a huge difference!), Nicole at the eggs counter for feeding and getting the kids off to a good start and Sophia for her friendly morning hello's and cleaning of our rooms and of course all the ladies of the Kids Club! Would highly recommend and definitely come again!

Located on southwest of the Barbados. Close to the airport (15 min drive). It’s a small all inclusive resort. Unfriendly staff at the restaurants. Restaurant choices limited. The two sister resorts are 30 minutes drive away ($70 US dollar for round trip). Sea**** at the beach was not cleaned on a daily basis when compared to the next door resort (Sandals)

We have just returned from turtle beach April 2023 and we had a fantastic time The staff were lovely friendly happy people and couldn’t do enough for you. The room could do with a bit of updating but still was nice and comfortable Love st Lawrence gap been many times great vibe best place on the island for bars and restaurants in my opinion

The buffet and Room was awesome. They need to check all smoke detectors before putting guest in. I was awaken 3 times because the smoke alarm kept going off.

We loved the relaxed friendly atmosphere. Activities and entertainment also and kids loved the kids club. The fact we were able to visit others sister hotels was a great bonus for water sports, snorkelling and a calmer sea

The staff were amazing…all the staff especially Madam Sally!!! She’s the best and served us with grace and always smiling. My kids love her so much
