Loved the location, very quaint being part of the tram terminus. Like that one of our rooms was given a free upgrade (very nice), but found the room a little strange. It had a separate large lounge with large sofa and table and chairs that would seat at least 6 people and a large fridge freezer but no utensils provided. there were plates in the common area but no bowls (if you wanted cereal) or any knives, forks etc that you could borrow, felt that was something lacking. Also lounge area was a little tired looking but it was comfortable, I received an email prior to arrival asking if we required parking as there was limited parking and if we had a truck we would have to take outside parking (we had a truck). When we got there I was told they hadn't heard from us and we couldn't park the truck outside because that parking had all been filled. There were 2 empty spots and we asked if they could switch those people to underground if they were in a car, were told no as it was all full. In the end we asked if we could go check out the 1 spot left underground to see if the truck would fit, our partners looked and there was more than 1 free spot and they managed to park down there but the girl who showed them didn't seem to realize there were free spots, anyhow in the end if worked out but quite annoying we had to do the job for them. On the whole it was a good stay, these two points are observations not criticisms as we feel it was a great hotel.
