柯萊特汽車旅館住宿(Camelot Motor Lodge)

The location is very convenient, very close to Hagley park. The parking is very tight, we had to park a little bit away from our unit. We are appreciate the motel is pet friendly, let our fur kids stay. Our overall staying was pleasant. But the supply in the room was not sufficient. I couldn’t pump out any body wash / shampoo at all after I started showering. We had to use hand wash soap instead. Also there was only 3-4 tissues in the tissue box. When I complained to the reception the next morning at the time we were leaving, the gentleman said he would tell the cleaner to refill and make sure that would not happen again. That’s good for their other customers, what about us who didn’t receive the full service that we paid for?😅 That was a surprise response from a complaint.

Unfortunately Christchurch was experiencing some very warm weather while we stayed at the Camelot. The room was shut up when we arrived and very hot. We really missed an air conditioning unit. The room was clean, the service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. It was generally quite quiet.

Very helpful and obliging staff for changes and late checkout. Rooms were clean, with all facilities as required. Area was close to town with ample off road parking

While the place is a little dated and needs a good renovation carpet lifting and don’t look at the ceilings but the beds were comfortable

It was a really good stay , have stayed before and loved the room , very helpful staff , nothing was a problem . Nice spacious motel .

Upgraded from a studio to a 1 bedroom unit for my 5 night stay. Will definitely stay again.

I didn’t like the water noise during the night almost like toilet flusher
