There was a unforeseen complication around my booking, but the staff was very proactive and upgraded my booking. The room was spacious and clean, and I liked the option of turning on the heather, because it is very cold at this time of year in Hanoi. The highlight of my stay was the staff, everyone is extremely courteous and friendly, including Stacy who helped me with my booking and answered my questions. Sophia is the friendliest hotel worker I have had the chance to meet. She has such a kind heart and she is very knowledgeable about activities to do around Hanoi. Thank you for all your help and for being outsanding at your job.

Comfortable stay in Hanoi. It was our first time and we needed somewhere that was quiet as we had a very big week in Laos the week before. Catherine and Sophie very beautiful service and very kind. They helped me get a take away breakfast as we left early the next day.

Spent a few nights at this hotel: staff was very friendly & helpfull! Room was clean and large enough. Breakfast was good. Location is in the center ! We asked for quite room because the hotel is located on a main road. ha dproblem with Tv & refrigrator but all was settled immediatly !

I am surprised that a few guests have left bad reviews about this great in January and February . Our experience was nothing like that. We came here by accident. My wife, daughter and I booked two rooms at Beryl Signature hotel nearby through Booking .com. However when we reached the hotel tired and sleepy the receptionist told us that they had a problem. They claimed that our rooms had a terrible smell so they decided to move us to their sister hotel with an upgrade. The receptionists were very apologetic and took us to the Palace Hotel which was round the corner. However, we sensed that they were not telling the truth. What must actually have happened was that they had double booked our rooms and they were given to somebody else. The booking company told us that they were very unprofessional to do so Anyway, it was a blessing in disguise because Bryl Palace was much bigger. By nature most buildings in Hanoi are very narrow so hotel rooms tend to be small. But Beryl Palace rooms were the best spacious rooms we have stayed in during our ten day tour of Vietnam The location of this place was superb and gave us time to visit the local shops and restaurants. The war museum and the Lenin stature were within walking distance and we enjoyed the short walk there the second day The two receptionists were welcoming and friendly. The staff are genuinely warm and attentive. Our two rooms had all the facilities we see in a four-star hotel in the UK. The rooms and toilets were very clean. What’s more, there was a knee-height wooden stand in every room for you to put your luggage on so you did not have to bend to picky stuff out of it. The volume of traffic in the area provides a continuous noise but you don’t hear when you are in your room . The breakfast area was small but when we went down there were no queues. They cooked breakfast for us quickly. There was enough variety for vegetarians like me and my daughter From the bell boy to the manager all were very courteous and extremely helpful. The reception and the lobby area were spotless. The best service was the Travel desk. They helped us in arranging transfers, excursions, and daily info on local delicacies and places to go to see Hano who helped us plan a few jeep tours.The travel desk was also fast in responding to queries. They booked our taxi to the airport and the driver was on time. They had a quick check-out as we were in a hurry and sent us off with a bow and acheery wave All in all, I would say out of four hotels we stayed in during our tour this was the best one with spacious rooms. Friendly staff, nice food, and brilliant travel desk. I highly recommend you stay here when you visit Hanoi.

Väldigt bra hotel, hjälpsam service inriktat personal, rent fint, bra läget, frukosten var mindre bra. Paula har varit fantastik bra, som en familjemedlem hjälpte oss med mesta.

I stayed 5 days at this hotel and enjoyed. On arrival there are several steps to reception which is open and off a busy main road. A welcome drink and nuts are given. After a long journey I wanted my room and 20 mins in reception was a little too long. I had a deluxe room which was basic and did not reflect deluxe. The room was clean throughout with air conditioning. Breakfast was filling on a buffet basis. I was always full. The location of this place was superb and gave us time to visit the local shops and restaurants. The volume of traffic in the area provides a continuous noise. However when tired you do not hear it. Roads outside require a knack to cross. Ì would stay at this place again. There is no pool and like most of vietnam it should not taken for granted that they understand English.

Na een lange rit kwamen wij om half twaalf in de avond aan. Toen kregen we te horen dat er iets mis was met de hotelkamer, iets dat ze al langer wisten. Ze hebben ons bij aankomst geen ander goed alternatief aangeboden. Noodgedwongen zijn we opzoek gegaan naar een andere optie. De manager was afwezig en alleen telefonisch bereikbaar. Was geen goed gesprek mee te voeren.
