發羅拉國際飯店(Hotel Vlora International)

En arrivant dans le hall d'accueil on se dit que nous sommes tombés dans un bel établissement, c'est beau et tout est neuf. Malheureusement quelle déception en rentrant dans la chambre..... Forte odeur d'humidité Ménage à moitié fait voir pas du tout depuis longtemps dans certains recoins Des meubles cassés et qui ont vécu Un sèche serviette rouillé et qui fuit J'en passe encore..... Déception aussi au niveau du petit déjeuner... C'est beau et bien présenté mais certains produits datent de quelques jours. Par exemple les croissants sont secs, la pastèque a une couleur bizarre.. Franchement je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement. Nous avons fait une dizaine d'hôtels en Albanie et tous étaient parfaits. Celui-ci est une très grande déception

Esperienza a dir poco terrificante, la camera in dieci giorni non è mai stata pulita, lenzuola mai cambiate, odore di fogna che aleggiava nei corridoi, colazione a dir poco vergognosa, personale inesistente tranne il parcheggiatore che è l unico che si dà da fare, un soggiorno da film horror.

C'era una volta l'hotel Vlora international purtroppo ora è rimasta solo la struttura sempre molto bella. Una gestione pressapochistica con manutenzioni mai fatte. Quasi tutto in abbandono, su 5 camere 4 avevano problemi, un vero disastro. Non classificabile la colazione, molto pretenziosa ma di scarsissima qualità, servizio quasi inesistente lo staff cerca di darsi da fare ma danno solo l'impressione di trovarsi lì per sbaglio. Personale di ricevimento che non parla l'italiano, a Valona!, quello di notte nemmeno l'inglese. Il prezzo rispetto gli altri hotel è equiparato. Da non tornarci.

Arrivate alle tre di notte. Al chek in hanno preteso pagamento anticipato senza poter rilasciare ricevuta. La stanza era sporca, impestata dal fumo di sigarette, mancavano gli asciugamani e l aria condizionata con rumore assordante . Sconsigliato

Thank you for all Staff from Hotel Vlora International for very nice holiday, especially for very nice people from restaurant, bar and kitchen. I would like to recommend this hotel. I think that their strong side is very good cuisine, also I can't complain for room cleanliness. Was OK. Also location is very nice because near the city center near nightlife, on the second side of the hotel is new park. Near hotel is located port when you can bay local cruises or to Italy

A great hotel, very helpuful staff specially second shift Klaudja and Elona, and very clean rooms Every time we seek for help the staff is always there yo assist us. Will recommend to everybody in vlora

Our stay for summer holidays in Hotel Vlora International was excellent. We have stayed there for 12 days. Our room with the balcony was on 4th floor with the view on the city and neighbour building. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room was equipped in small refrigerator, tv with 2 channels and the saife. The bathroom was clean, with spacious shower, however there was missing the shelf for the washing stuff, so it was quite uncomfortable. The lobby, corridors and hotel restaurant have a nice design. Hotel itself is situated in perfect location - in the city centre, close to the restaurants, shopping mall, small shops, exchange and newly constructed garden and port. In the very close area there are reconstructions so it might be noisy for someone who has a room with the view to the gardens. There are two elevators for the guests inside so it is frendly to the disabled people, however on the upper floors there are few stairs from the corridor to the rooms. The most important in my opinion was the staff. All the staff, at the reception desk, in the restaurant and at the breakfast was VERY nice, helpful, kind and professional. They really care about their guests! The breakfasts, lunches and dinners were very tasty, meals were freshy and delicious! Many local and regional food has been served. I truly reccomand this hotel. Our stay was unforgetable!!! For sure I will choose it again. The importamt note: the distance to the beach is around 2 km but for us it wasn't a problem at all! Despite our confirmed reservation and despite arriving within the check in window time we were not honored the room. They offered another hotel and we were asked to pay more there. The staff was not that professional in handling our case (they were blaming us to come late although I showed them a printed confirmation and the check in time was written very clearly, yet us and the confirmation I have was wrong and the hotel was right and I was blamed to arrive late).

We must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to the beach as well as some other amenities you may need. There’s definitely a high quality of service and attention to details by all staff. The breakfast was incredibly tasty, with endless selections of food, we couldn’t ask for anything better when it comes to the room, and we surely enjoyed the pool and the spa! We definitely wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere other than Hotel Vlora International if we ever go to Vlore again! Thank you, it was absolutely dreamy 💫
