My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights & all the staffs from point of check in and checkout has been wonderful. Lisa and Mena were very accommodating and helpful during our stay, definitely will return again. Room was clean and hotel was just as clean. Hotel was close to everything making it convenient, would definitely recommend this place 10/10

Always a fabulous stay at the Fairfield Inn. The only negative this time was the sheets were a little rough. It was so late that I just went to sleep. I am sure they would have remade up the bed, if I requested them to do so.

Recieved a room that had a bad A/c unit. Smelled like smoke really bad in the room. Front desk associate came up, inspected the room and switched us to another room with in 10 mins! Super great staff and customer service. Highly recommend staying here.

We were on a long family road trip and this was one of the most pleasant stays we had of the entire trip. The facility was very clean and accommodating, staff was all friendly and helpful, and the surrounding area is loaded with restaurants, shops, and other activities. We will absolutely consider staying here again when in the area.

When I booked on *******, the final price was $328 with change. When I arrive to check-in the price I was being charged was $430. I questioned it, they said $50 a night for incidentals (this was NEVER mentioned on *******) but okay, I understand. I check-in, arrive to my room and the carpet was dirty (debris, nail clippings etc.). we checked in kind of late so my wife and I were ready to sleep. Pull down the top sheets, hairs (don’t want to imagine what kind) all over the bottom bed sheets. We go to the receptionist; she’s all by herself with no other staff so she gives us new sheets (we understood her situation). I got to the bathroom and there were hairs all over the floor, including the toilet. Different kinds of hairs. Again, the receptionist (Aishia) was gracious enough to come clean and disinfect the bathroom. We ask for our room to be cleaned in the morning and it gets done (they also leave a $5 Starbucks gift card). Our last day, we were getting breakfast and one of the cafeteria employees obviously hates her job. We found creamer underneath the coffee cabinet and used it for our coffee. She comes by with a nasty attitude and says that’s for after breakfast only and takes the creamer away from my wife and I, while we are still grabbing creamer, puts the creamer back and slams the cabinet door, rolls her eyes and walks off. This was a horrible experience. The only positive thing about our stay was Aisha’s help. We’ve had better experience and treatment a La Quinta.

I was very satisfied wity this hotel all around. It was clean. I got the king suite and there were 2 smart tv's with cable and apps. Its safe right nect tona police dtation and lots of food and shopojng walkable. I will definitely be back.

The rooms are very clean and have a lot of space. Breakfast was served daily hot and ready for guest and attendants were so kind. Would definitely stay here again.

Spotless room and common areas. My desk attendant Lisa met me with a smile, which along with her friendly conversation, immediately made me feel welcome as a valued customer.

There were hair strands in the bed and on the wash cloth. As I was preparing for breakfast I noticed there wasn’t any water anywhere. I had left my bottle upstairs. I asked for a complementary 8oz bottle. The young man advised me that I could purchase a water and pointed at the fridge. Wow, I said ok and went to get some apple juice but changed my mind and decided to check out instead. Upon check out a young lady asked if my stay went well, I said it was ok until I couldn’t get a complimentary water. She didn’t empathize, she asked if I got one at check in lol. As I was walking out she gave me a water for the road. I thanked her and said NOW THAT IS MARRIOTT SERVICE, not that other mess. My family has two Marriott time shares, the same service we get there, we should get from any other Marriott establishment. The breakfast of a pre packaged sausage sandwich and boiled eggs along with a water ration is not Marriott standard. I love Marriott but I now know to never stay at the Fairfield portion of the portfolio. It is below standards and they would rather watch the budget on a water than leave a smile on a patron’s face.
