A bit remote. Staff is not accommodating. Terrible breakfast.

The room was clean, however I had to request bedding for the hide-a-bed, there was a hole in my bath towel, and no forks in the kitchen. The tables in the hotel dining area were dirty, there were no napkins and no knives, and when I mentioned it to the staff, they were really slow in responding. I will not stay at this place again.

I am a tv sleeper, my tv didn’t work. The front desk had prior knowledge and still put me in the room. The hotel was sold out and I could not move rooms. I was told to contact Travelocity so I could get some compensation.

We are business travelers and appreciate the property is quiet at night when we need to rest up for our next days work. The staff is pleasant and the rooms are clean. Element is always our first choice when we are in the area.

Wow wow wow! This hotel is excellent and extremely convenient. You get premium feel without a premium payment. This hotel can hold the bar for what a great hotel came look and function like without breaking the bank. My only negative is they need a better PM deep cleaning program especially all.room restrooms.

Reserve una habitación y cuando llegue no la tenían disponible y lo que me ofrecieron no es lo que yo reserve!!! Solo tuve que cancelar porque no me ofrecieron lo que yo quería, y me hicieron pasar un mal rato. Espero si me den mi rembolso complejo porque no fue mi culpa.

We loved our stay except for the check in and housekeeping service experience. Could have been better if they have more staff. We arrived earlier than check in time. Front desk agent did not even bother to pre register us or offer to store our luggage while room is not ready. She asked us to come back at 1 pm. Returned at 1 pm and was asked again to come back again at 3 pm. I had to ask if its possible to swipe our card and register us instead of asking us again to come back at the desk to do check in process. It should be a courtesy to register guest when we arrive at your property and notify us when room is ready. Housekeeping service only does refreshment of towels and trash pick up every other day. They did not include us in the service on our 4th day but did it on our last day which is odd. Full cleaning is offered on 7th day. Could have been better if housekeeping also makes the bed during service. Also, there is no utensils for cooking in the kitchen drawer. Had to ask front desk to deliver. When we needed towels, we were also asked to pick it up at the front desk. Although service did not meet our expectation, we loved the location and room layout of this property. Very spacious and comfortable bed. Not sure if we will return.

Stayed here for almost a week and had a lovely time! Staff was wonderful the whole time, breakfast was decent for being included, and the restaurant on first floor was actually delicious. The rooms we stayed in were fantastic! One thing that I wish was more clear on the website is the inclusion of cooking utensils/pots/pans because I brought my own stuff but they actually provided everything you needed, even down to the dish soap, sponge, and kitchen towels! Beds were comfy but shower was so slippery. I did reserve a handicap room but we didn't receive one upon check in so we had to be resourceful for the shower in my mom's room so it wasn't a hazard. Wonderful location right near the mall with loads of food options nearby. Highly recommend!

Literally right across from the entrance to Toyota arena! Location is perfect for any event there and free Tesla charging rooms were so so nothing special and could definitely tell it is lower budget but still nice. Will be staying there again for any event at the Toyota arena
