納努特希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn Nanuet)

Our room was never cleaned during our visit. They only clean every other day of your stay. We were ok with making our own beds but we had three days of trash and no fresh towels until our last day. The breakfast was $17 per person so for that price we decided to go out and find food elsewhere. Other than that the place was safe and quiet.

Great Hotel, kind staff, very clean. Fitness center was lacking quite a lot. Only had elliptical, bike and treadmill and the stationary bike did not work. Pool and hot tub were great. Elevators did not work during our stay. The room was nice, only issue was poor lighting, all ese was great.

They day I left I forgot my two rings. I remember a couple of hours after called a family member to go get them in person because I couldn’t even get a hold of the front desk. When my family member got there and went to the room with someone from front desk the room was already cleaned and my rings stolen. When they asked the person who cleaned the room she said there was nothing there.

Very clean! Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was wonderful! We stayed in the 1 King bed Junior suite, without a dining table. The kitchenette area and living room were very spacious and the bathroom with a large jacuzzi tub and shower were HUGE!! Very comfortable bed. We loved our stay here and we were extremely comfortable.

Checkin was fine. When i entered the front door i was hit was a bad odor. The entire lobby smells of old musty carpeting. It needs to be replaced! Same with the elevator. My room was very clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable, but i was unsble to turn off the fan even tho i turned off the thermostat. Also, my only coffee choice in my room was decaf! ?? It sounds luke a bad review, but i slept very well.

We arrived and the appearance of the lobby was great. However, our room did not have any coffee cups or glasses. The next morning we realized we didn’t have enough towels and the coffee maker was broken. It was repaired that day but no glass or coffee cups. Front desk was very welcoming

Was supposed to have complimentary breakfast with my package. Day one I was told no by Dorothy. Then once breakfast was over I was told that I did. Then the following day I spoke with Dorothy again. She never offered me an apology for her mistake but still told me no. Once I reminded her that ******* confirmed with her the previous day that I had free breakfast she decided to use my choice if words against me. Said they don’t offer complimentary breakfast but they do offer free breakfast with some reservations. Is that not the same thing? Then on my last day of stay, my toilet was clogged. I called the desk and was asked if I wanted to come and get a plunger? Really?! I absolutely was not coming to get a community plunger to plunge their bathroom toilet. Anyway the room smelled. Found hair throughout the room that didn’t belong to me. It’s very outdated. If you have an option between this property and the Hampton Inn which is located right in front of this property, do not choose this one‼️
