First, there was the $100 pet cleaning fee that I was hit with at check in. We travel with our pet all the time and this seems a bit excessive. If I was staying a week, sure that’s reasonable, but 1 night, no. I would have cancelled my reservation but it was a non refundable booking. Then there were no linnets in the room for our sleeper sofa. We had a pillow in the closet for it but nothing else. I called the front desk to get linens brought up, after waiting an hour I went down to get them myself. They were doing shift change and the clerk I talked to had completely forgotten about my request for linens. The place is clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was nice, but lack attention to detail.
