The deskclerk on check in was wonderful, the night one was horrible, rude, and straight out needs to be removed! We traveled all day, I am handicapped and was hurting so went done to lobby to find snack so could take pain pill. Breakfast was added to our room fee so took banana and received lecture made to show card and room number and advised I couldn’t come back in hour when opened breakfast as she wasn’t going to refill the food since I couldn’t wait even though I already explained issue to her. I don’t know how hard it is to replace 1 banana. She continued her tyrant as I waited for elevator and almost wished I would have skipped the banana and threw up all over her lobby instead! This was so uncalled for especially when price of room was over 150.00. Being ill didn’t shower or use anything but toilet and one damn banana! While packing checked under bed and beside night stand for items I may have dropped and found gobs of food, pizza, & popcorn! Also boxes and other trash (not small items either which really causes me to question how cleaning is done!) The facility appeared well kept and clean but was later obvious that was just superficial. Bed was not horrible but not comfortable either. Shower faucets dripped all night DRIP DRIP DRIP otherwise quiet and comfortable. Also important to note the breakfast I was charged for and denied other than a banana was pre-made heat and go gas station type stuff therefore clearly easy to see why she was so stressed about replacing one banana! Breakfast was very limited and they didn’t have much nor did they refill or replenish when they ran out.

I enjoyed my stay. I was a little surprised though when I could hear the folks next door talking. The walls are a bit thin, but other than that, no problems. I will be back next month.

We stayed a night on our road trip to Georgia. What we needed was a clean, comfortable room for a great nights sleep and that’s what we got. The room was large for our group of four. Was nice to have 2 TVs and a couch. The shower was great. No complaints on the room or hotel. The free breakfast was nothing great, could use some improvement. Would stay again when I’m the area.

The room and facility overall seemed clean enough. Plumbing fixtures in the bathroom seemed new and of good quality and worked well. That was nice to see. Pillows were the little square squishy things that don’t provide enough head and neck support. Black-out window blinds had one side disconnected from the traveling rail so the curtains would not completely close, and this did not provide black-out conditions. Very inconvenient. Breakfast “fried eggs” were barely recognizable as eggs and had the consistency of cardboard. Not appetizing. Orange juice seemed very watery. Many of the breakfast containers were marked as recyclable, but the hotel evidently does not have a way to recycle? Several of the items were #2 plastic, for which recycling collection is nearly always available. Surely more recycling options are available in a town with a university and a nearby Army base.

No shelf in the shower for soap or shampoo. Towels kept above the toilet. There’s plenty of room on that back wall for a towel rack and a place to hang them. (One hook is over the light switch, really??)

We stayed 3 nights and the room was very comfortable. I felt very safe. Located near a ton of food and shopping options. We found Clarksville to be a nice area over all. Attractions we had time to do: Riverwalk, Dunbar Cave, Bell Cave and the Elk/Bison Prairie drive. Be aware some tours end in Sept and October.

The room was fine however, the tv would go out on some of the channels. Also, the website advertised a bar which was not open.

Great stay. The hotel was very clean, smelled good (even hallways) had comfortable beds and the staff was polite and helpful- treated as though we were guests at their home. The bath tub was a little rough, had been patched, but the overall condition of the hotel was great. Did not eat breakfast but they had a crowd and the food looked good!
