ROOST克里夫蘭(Roost Cleveland)

Perfect place to stay for our friends trip to Cleveland. Walk to everything, beautiful views and very clean. Short walk to catch the train or bus. Sad the city wasn’t running a train to the lakefront but we walked to the Rock n Roll HOF and enjoyed the lake views there. If I had any complaints it would be that the apartment was rather stuff overnight, a tad warm. But I sleep best when it’s very cold, others may not agree. We loved this place and will make it a point to stay again.

Probably one of the nicest, biggest rooms I've ever stayed in. Hotel is absolutely fabulous!!! Workers were all so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Hallways were beautiful and lounge areas on each floor. Room was bigger than some peoples homes! Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, loads of closet space (one closet was bigger than some bedrooms I've seen!), roomy living room & kitchen that has every and any thing you'd need just like you were living there. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were fabulous, roomy, and shower was great! Building very security, needed room key to get in all doors. Indoor garage parking that was very secure as well. Great area, walkable to tons of restaurants, stores, and ******. Would definitely stay here again!!

I booked a 1 bedroom hotel and after checking in and realizing I got a studio and not 1 bedroom. Front desk lady said u booked through ******* pretty much it’s my fault for booking through a 3rd party because I got what’s left over. Because apparently ******* doesn’t guarantee the room you’re booking. Advertising said “city view” I got dumpsters and back of some parking lot. If I could post photos I would but yeah overall I got downgraded and got blamed for booking with *******

Very nice apartment/hotel. Nicely decorated and very modern. The immediate city view is not the greatest, but still located right next to East 4th where there many great options for eating, drinking, and activities.

Clean rooms. Small hot water tank, dont expect to stay in the shower long. Maybe include a bottle of water?

What didn’t I like about this amazing hotel! It was literally a full apartment and very safe and private! I saw the photos when I booked and I was not fully prepared for this level of luxury and the sheer size of the room. Full kitchen , bedroom and bath room! It was larger then my first apartment

We were stuck outside until another tenant happened to be leaving because no one was answering. And then no one was at the front desk. And I tried to then call but it was the front desk that no one was at. Then finally someone walked out from the back after security wandered back while watching something on his phone. No apology from the front desk for waiting. Then the internet went out and I tried to call the front desk and I got a voicemail and no one returned my call. We’ve stayed here a few times and this is definitely unusual for this hotel but still frustrating.

This is now my go to stay when in Cleveland. Beautiful apartment living in a great location. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. The building was very secure and felt safe. I definitely recommend Roost to those that need a full kitchen when traveling.

We love staying at The Roost. It's so nice, clean and feels like home. The views of the city are amazing and it's close to everything in downtown. We will definitely be back.
