I had a wait when trying to check in. The sign said be back in a moment. Waited 15 minutes and nothing rang the bell and desk clerk was right out. Not sure why the sign if she was just in the back.
Cleaning staff started vacuuming at 7, hit the walls outside of the room and just overall pretty loud this morning.

Nice hotel for our family trip. It offered a pool which was a little confusing as it was shared with the Holiday in next door. Breakfast was provided in an off-site building across the parking lot but was very appreciated. The staff was very friendly and courteous. We had a comfortable stay in Cody.

There was no elevator in our building. I'm months out from knee replacement surgery. May i suggest if you have issues like this to to put it in the comments to property section when you book. Breakfast was at a gift shop off the property but it was decent and the hosts were pleasant.

The room it self was adequate and met my expectations. The main lobby on the hotel was under construction, and construction starts at 6:30 AM. I did not partake in the breakfast because there was no hot protein.

The location provided walkable access to the city stores, dining and lounge facilities. The breakfast was very good and filling and provided in what looked to be part of an old saloon room behind a tourist gift shop that also had lots of nice things to buy. Breakfast service staff were very helpful and friendly.

Jax and Dayna were so great! They really were pleasant and made everything clear as to where everything was. Dayna even knew where the best adult slushies we’re in town (right across the street!!) the rooms are clean and modern and very comfortable.

Our stay here was great. Joni, the employee that took care of the breakfast buffet, was phenomenal. She was awesome with my 2 year old son and so friendly.
