We didn’t stay as when we arrived after booking on line with you we were told the room booked wasn’t a pet friendly room we booked with pet and were charged 165.00 and didn’t get a room we had to go somewhere else after travelling 7 hours we are NOT we would like a refund now D Phillips

The day when I arrived the old lady was upset, even my 9yrs old son noticed when she rolling eyes because we arrived 1 hour late due to time zones between QLD and NSW, but that wasn’t all, I tried to apologize and she started to shouting out, she did 3 times and she asked me to Don’t talk to here because she had a long day. it was a little bit confused because they supposedly work 8am to 8pm but it was 26-Dec. nevertheless whatever happened to her she shouldn’t shouting anybody, It was disgusting and disrespectful at all.

I didn't like the fact the small bin in the bathroom was not emptied before our arrival or during our stay.
The coffee etc was not replenished frpm day 1 to day 2 an d the conditioner dispenser was clogged and not working

Our room got changed to a different one what we booked. The bed was terrible mattress was not good every time you moved in bed it made very loud noises we didn't get much sleep.

It was value for money. The room was quiet and large.
The high rain shower meant that you couldn’t shower with out getting your hair wet. It was too high.
Under the lounge cushions were dirty and needed a vacuum.
I would be happy to stay again.

Staff very friendly and courteous.
Shower hardly had any water pressure and tap handles were nearly falling off. Shower door did not close properly and the TV constantly pixelated.
