廣場商務飯店(Plaza Inn)

This hotel is horrible and not for family to stay, I was scammed for the breakfast and I need to pay for the food, when I booked the room it was with the breakfast included .I feft the room immediately after my breakfast for other hotel. The hotel staff place the additional bed on the floor and the there is no pillow cover too and the pillow was so much with dirty stain, we have no choice but to stay a night here as we reached around 12 plus midnight to check in .the hotel don't provide toilet rolls... My advise to those who reading my comments please dont select this room for your stay at Coimbatore, really not worth for the money

This property is within walk able distance from the main Rly station and in a quite place.. Its well maintained, clean and hygienic. rooms are spacious and well furnished, quality of the food was delicious. All the staff were very polite and courteous. Unfortunately in my room, the toilet door broke down and so i was not able to close it. The flush was leaking and no mug was available. I will appreciate if the ***agement provides uniforms to their staff to maintain its standard.and if the House keeping in charge can check the room etc once a guest check out and ractify any short comings.

One of the worst and poor hotel ever stayed inn. Receptionist to ***ager does not know how to talk to a customer. They try to fool and ask for extra payment. If you disagree to pay the extra amount charged than the amount which was agreed they will fight and try to charge extra. The ***ager is even more unprofessional. He will not at all listen to the customer. They will force you so much that at the end we had to call the cops and waste my time. Never ever gonna recommend this hotel to anyone and will never come back.
