I arrived to the hotel late and was checked into a room with a dirty tub. I was moved to room 1060 to learn that the toilet was not working and the bathroom door had a broken door hanger. I was so tired that I waited until morning to inform the front desk. Someone came to the room to fix the issues but it was a terrible experience. The only perk for the hotel is the free parking because parking could be expensive in New York. The pool was not satisfying, as it was dirty with things floating in it. There should have been better maintenance at a Marriott. Lastly, the ice machine was broken on both floors. This hotel needs a make-over for the daily rate of rooms. It was a 2 out of 10
