Great place for a staycation. Room was nice as well as the food. Parking is a little tight. Spa treatment was relaxing. The spa itself was small and didn’t have much to offer like other spas such as cold water or fruit when finished. Tiny changing area and one shower. With that said, massage was expensive for what you got.

Liked the PH rooms.
Disliked how the furniture and fixtures looked tired and worn.
Had to ask for robes and blanket.
Staff was welcoming and quick to respond.

The rooms A.C. Did not work what so ever .. it was stifling hot and humid all night despite us putting the temperature down to 65 . The ac system is inadequate and needs to be fixed

Loved the check in staff, especially the black lady with short hair. Only problem I had was constant stomping for my above neighbor. The front desk took care of it, called the person numerous times, and ended up, moving me providing me with free breakfast. This will be the only place I stay when I visit Westbury. Do yourself a favor and book

Beautiful and clean and nice staff. I especially liked the respectable way that the night staff was dressed and would love it if that could be applied to all staff members.
