On arrival room not heated.
Couldn't get the TV to work, some strange rat's nest of cables behind TV and Ariel had worked loose.
Worst thing though for such an expensive B&B there was that no hot water coming through to our bathroom.this was both at night and the following morning.
The electric shower in the room was extremely weak and barely had a flow.
I did go to complain but was told as the heating comes through to the radiators the hot water to the bath will come, we'll it didn't
Went to breakfast which was excellent but no sign of the owner to ask us if everything was all right.
I understand it was the owner's sister who tried to address our complaint the night before, she needs som basic customer service trading as she came across as quite rude, didn't really listen to us and was unprofessional.
I have since reached out to the owner, Janice ?
But she too is quite dismissive and unhelpful.
There were clearly problems in that room for which quite a high rate is charged.
