亞吉蘭精品飯店(Aggieland Boutique Hotel)

Surprisingly the bed sheets had some stains and pillows were smelling and there was an unusual odor in the room. We booked this hotel thinking it is very near to Texas A&M university campus but for similar or even better price you will find much cleaner hotel. Also, I'm still disputing my double charge for the stay as I pre-paid through Trip.com and after checkout the Hotel also charged me again for the same. If I haven't looked at my credit card statement this would have passed. Hotel staff are very laid back, not willing to resolve the issue and have offered no apologies for the mistake, as if they don't care. Sorry, will never step into this hotel again as I don't trust them !

I was impressed.with the hotel overall. Pleasant and accommodating.

Got to the room and someone left an unflushed dump in the toilet. Which was strange because the rest of the bathroom was clean and the room was too. Told the front desk and they offered a new room. I said we already flushed it so why bother moving? How does this happen - housekeeping didn't clean the toilet or housekeeping left us a gift?

Shower drain backed up, bathroom not cleaned, hair and other body excrement on toilet and seat. Air conditioner loud and rattled. Asked for coffee for room and was told the property ran out. Beds are comfortable. Staff was nice/professional and relocated us to a different room.

Very nice, quaint, clean boutique hotel. Was surprised how quiet and comfortable our room was. Super nice bar/bistro area too. Had live music on Saturday night. Breakfast included too. Price point is pretty good for what you get.

I paid extra to get 2 Queen beds with a view of Kyle field. We got 1 queen bed with a set of bunk beds and a view of the parking lot. We were also charged $20 for an extra person, when we didn’t have anyone extra. Initially there was going to be 4 of us but ended up with only 3. The elevator walls were separated from the wall and had pieces missing. The floor in our room was sticky. The air conditioner unit was loud making it sound like there was a bad windstorm outside. We were told breakfast was served from 7am-9am, we went down at 8am and everything was picked over and empty, nothing was being refilled. This is not a “boutique” hotel. I would not recommend this place. Initially booked for 2 nights but left a day early just so we didn’t have to stay another night.

Good location for A&M events. Reception area kind of bougie but my room was shabby. Looked like a poorly executed makeover of an outdated hotel room. Shower was full of hairs but bed was comfortable and clean. Reception was very pleasant at check in.

I had a couple day stay at the hotel. Was greeted with a warm greeting by the front desk staff. The host at the bar was a present lady with positive energy. Had a great time overall and will definitely visit again. Also, easy access to Jack in the Crack is a plus plus disney plus

Front desk staff was incredibly rude when asked if early checkin was possible, TVs did not work- we were told the satellite was not working and there was nothing they could do about it, the room smelled like animal pee (dogs are permitted - but shouldn’t there be non-pet room available for those without a pet ? No water pressure and the elevator interior was falling apart The only plus is it has a cute lobby (but bar was closed when we tried to go @ 3:00pm) and good location.
