科林斯維爾/聖路易斯溫德姆戴斯飯店(Days Inn by Wyndham Collinsville/St. Louis)

Room was clean. Well-located in the central Collinsville hotel district. Staff was not particularly friendly, but got the job done (eventually). Breakfast was good, but there was no way to scoop the gravy, which the staff was slow to fix.

Great location in downtown hotel district. Room was generally clean, but I did find a toenail, which is really gross. Hotel staff was very nice & social during check in. Breakfast was on the cheaper side, but still good.

No water pressure

I booked way ahead and upon arriving i was told the king suit with jacuzzi that i booked the jacuzzi wasnt working and they were unable to give me the other king suit because it was booked, the lady at the feont desk knocked some money off my bill...but after the check in was done she then tells me the pool is also unavailable..the lamps in the room couldnt be plugged in because there were no outlets for them..i couldnt make coffee in the room because a piece was missing...the bathtub stopper i had to fight with to get it to work...we had to go buy toilet paper because theres fell apart and was like wiping with just my fingers. There was a sign that said if we wanted our towels replaced to set them outside the room (we didnt because we didnt want anyone in our room while we were gone) they came in anyway and moved our stuff around...in order to change the channel on the tv i had to hold my arm over my head while in the bed

Nice hotel overall. The only issue I had is both nights there was no pool access and the last night I booked the front desk lady charged me an additional amount (about the same as a night) and never mentioned it until I called in later. The front desk lady said that she did that by accident and it was cancelled. I was refunded about 3 days later.

Ants in the room. Faucet was leaking but was fixed quickly. Room service did not provide fresh towels or supplies to room. Breakfast was out of stock when i got to the dining area and was not restocked with 2hrs of time left. Was locked out of my room earlier than checkout was supposed to be.

Hotel sucio, viejo, sin mayor opcion desayuno (Solo cafe, jugo y agua), a regañadientes logramoas que nos dieran un ceral. Personal despota y malhumurado. Parece ser la constante con la cadena Wyndham.

they made use I had a room even though ******* did not put on the requested my needs which happened on the whole vacation. The hotel was great ******* was not and I’ll never use them again

The location was convient but when we just asked about possible early registration, the person behind the desk was very rude and told us that under no circumstances could we register early and had to wait till 3 PM. We did not force the issue and went back to our vehicle and drove around until about 230 PM and waited in the parking lot. We did see others already registered and getting rooms while we were in our vehicle. Could not believe that we were told we had to wait until 3 PM and were told in a rude way. That just made our stay there start out very sour. The restaurants in the area were excellent!!! I would NOT recommend this hotel though. Plus, most hotels with a contential breakfast would at least have coffee throughout the evening and early in the AM. This place only had it directly for the breakfast hours. There was not enough coffee in the room for two people let alone one. They should at least have coffee going early in the AM through the noon time or whatever. I have been to many other hotels that do the contential breakfasts and they serve coffee all day long for their guests. I definately am not impressed with this hotel.
